Well.....there are countless variations in white and what is used that could make a big difference in the overall final look of the rooms. I had heard that there was a color consultant at Dunn Edwards that helped in selection of paint color. I made an appointment with Vanessa (who had been recommended by a previous contractor), and was totally impressed with her expertise and ability to help me. I brought in samples of my cabinet, countertop, and floor tile, and she initially narrowed the selections to 5 possibilities that could work. Then one by one, we together discussed what and why one selection would fit my needs. Her professionalism, knowledge, exceptional customer service and courteous and friendly demeanor helped make what could have been an arduous task into an enjoyable one. It is part of the customer service offered at this particular Dunn Edwards. My contractor highly recommended Dunn Edwards paint over what is offered at big box stores. The sales associate and Vanessa discussed the various types of paint available as far as quality and pricing, and what I needed was ready to take with me in less than 5 minutes. Great experience.

They simply did not want to take the return because it was a different location. That is unprofessional and not how business should be done.

For example, kitchen cabinets were on sale at this store but were not on sale at the Contractors Warehouse on Greenback Lane in Citrus Heights. Staff are friendly and polite. The store selection is good, not as much variety as a Home Depot or Lowe's, but still an amazing selection nonetheless. There is a rental counter in the left of the store when you first walk in which never has a line. Cashiers were efficient and lines moved quickly. Yellow price tags indicate clearance aka discontinued items. There is also a drive through lumber yard but I can't speak on that as I haven't done that yet.
