There are floor staff everywhere to answer questions. In response to the previous review about chatty cashiers -- this isn't a chain store. It's a local place with lifetime customers including other businesses, contractors, homeowners and vacationers, too. It's a community business where we can take a moment to acknowledge each other with a "hello how are you." If the reviewer was that put out they could have easily said something to the (always present) owner rather than complain about it here. The friendly cashiers are long female time employees who will not only ring up your purchase but are very knowledgable about the products sold and where to find them.

Why not ask that BEFORE you run my credit card??? On top of that they did not put the color on the lid, so I am sitting at my desk now nervous that it won't be the color listed.
