The customer service is exceptional. The employees are always warm and welcoming and happy to answer my painting questions. I never feel like they are trying to upsell me on anything. In fact, they've helped me purchase some deals too! On several occasions they have helped me carry my purchased items out to my car (one of those instances being when I was a new mom trying to figure out juggling a heavy car seat while shopping). When we got the paint on the wall and it was not what we were looking for in terms of coverage and finish. We decided to try Sherwin-Willams after that. We told the associate what we wanted to do, what finish we wanted, and what color the room was currently. They were able to provide spot on recommendations. I never felt like they were trying to up sale me or sale me anything that I didn't need. From now on I'll get my paint from here. I was immediately drawn to a blue gray color named "Peace". It was shown within a grouping and their associate (Anthony) helped me find a larger swatch. Anthony was very attentive and helpful, letting us know AAA members got a 25% discount. With the discount, our gallon of Hi-Hide was under $35 with tax. He quickly mixed our color and made sure we left with an opener and paint stick. We've used Sherwin-Williams paint for most of our house and we highly recommend the paint. As a home with 2 young boys, dog and cats it's important we have durable paint that can be wiped clean.
