Went in on Monday to order some products and they didn't have the exact one in stock, the manager Trey told me he would order it. I called two days later and left a message with an employee at 1:30pm for Trey and he said that he was busy and would call me back, 4:15pm I called back again and said Trey was in the restroom. 5:20pm called back again and the employee was shocked I never received a call back. Don't understand why I should have to chase people to to want to give them my business, I will go to Lowe's or somewhere where they value their customers better. read more

Wow!! I have had great service at this location. I am always greeted when entering the store which is very nice. All my questions are answered. It's organized and clean. We went in here for Paint for our kitchen. We were greeted enthusiastically by Trey. We had samples to match and supplies to buy also. He was very friendly and professional, helping us get everything together. While we waited for the paint to be made he Inquired about our project and introduced himself as the manager. He seemed genuinely interested in making the shop be its best. We left with 5 gallons of custom matched paint and a lot of inspiration! Every time I go to any of the Sherwin-William stores, they cannot pull up my history or credit card machine is down! They don't have access to your account in other locations. It's obvious that their computer system is antiquated. And for the prices they charge, it's obvious corporate greed is at play here. I had terrible Customer Service from the young kid at the counter. Saturday, July 27, 24. The kid had an attitude and was not helpful. I am very observant. I watched him how he treated the white lady before me. As he was very helpful. Her card was declined. He was very patient. When I approached the counter, his whole demeanor changed. The tone in his voice! He clearly didn't like the color of my brown skin. I am African American. He is Hispanic and we were probably the same skin tone. Not that that matters. But he clearly was very stand offish with me. Then my paint was ready. He yelled your paint is ready. And proceeds to help the next customer. I started to lift the box of paint and remembered that he asked the white lady if she needed help with her box. I pause and I said can someone please help me with my box? He snatched the box from the counter, didn't say a word and followed me to my car. Still didn't say a word. I am only at Sherwin-Williams because my HOA uses their paint schemes, but guess what I now more than ever need to run for the board of my HOA because I don't want my HOA being a part of a company that treats people like this. After moving into my boyfriend's bachelor pad, it needed some major TLC, aka he thought red walls was a good color choice! I've gone to Lowe's and Home Depot many times before to get paint, but honestly the customer service was always lacking. Unfortunately I have Dory memory and forgot what kind of paint I needed to get for the living room walls! Since I didn't want to spend my next few weeks painting over red walls, I decided I needed to go to the paint experts! I walked in a Saturday afternoon and no other customers were there which meant the employees went above and beyond! They ended up helping me choose a color palette that I could essentially use for the whole house and told me to go with a satin finish because it would go more with the rustic farmhouse or beach vibe I wanted. After explaining to the employees that I was covering up BRIGHT RED walls with a lighter color, they said it was best to get a primer as well! Unfortunately the mistake I made was that I didn't get enough primer so I had to run to the store real quick to grab some more because I underestimated how much the walls soaked up that primer! To be honest, I think everyone should go for a tinted primer before they paint the walls the color of their choice because when I started painting my walls with the paint I choose, I barely even used 1/4 of can! Primer not only helps with paint bleed but also helps save you that extra expensive paint making that 1 Gallon Paint Jug last LONGER! I can now use it in the dining room, hallway, and kitchen! Also most people try to get the All-in-One Paint Gallons thinking it will help them cut down on cost and time, but it's just a marketing gimmick which I quickly realized was true because when I used those all-in-one jugs I had to go over the paint area 3X just to get the job done. Also when I first looked on yelp for a Sherwin Williams, I didn't realize the other location on Vista Way is more for commercial painters or contractors so if you're a regular person like me only getting a few gallon jugs then this is the location to go to! read more

I had driven from another store for 25 miles because the other store was out of it. I was disappointed to see such a great brand tarnished by poor customer service. Nice little paint store. Initially I first came here when I purchased a Groupon for $15 for $30 worth of paint. Having just moved into a new place, it was purchased for me as a gift. I went into Frazee shortly after to look through colors for accent walls and was pleased with their selection and customer service. I like that the paint is mixed promptly to order after you browse through the hundreds of colorful swatches for about a decade. Soooo many to choose from! There is often a bit of a wait while they help other customers but it's nothing outrageous. Bad experience gave the code for paint I wanted and name he got the nummber wrong he did repeat the number but was off don't hear but the color name was way off when it was ready the rep was bro I repeated the color I asked for the correct one and asked me what I wanted to do with the wrong color. Im a general contractor who is painting not every day but have been around enough to know a few things about paint. One thing I know is that color matching existing paint is very difficult. I hardly ever get a close match. Today I was in your store and a young lady was there alone. I'm always sceptical with matching and had a 12x12 cut out of drywall with the existing color on it. She made a sample and we both agreed that it should be a little darker. I left the store and got to my job with the intention of the color being a little different but close enough to not look like crap. I rolled it out let it dry and couldn't even tell were I rolled or ended. Perfect match. Like perfect. This is the first time I've seen a 100 percent spot on color match. On my first visit, it took over an hour for the staff to match my paint sample. It was off by a shade, so I went back to have it redone the next day. I informed the staff member (a different one) that I'd be back in an hour to pick it up. His response was that he'd mix it right now, and it would only take a few minutes. After 15 minutes, I left to run a couple of other errands. Upon my return, 20 minutes later, I was ignored by the staff. Eventually, I just walked in the back, and took my paint.
