Prices were good and bad. As always prices are controlled by each individual booth owner so some are reasonable and some I would consider unreasonable. The staff in the store were all real friendly and they held our items at the counter as we shopped to keep our hands free for more items, yes that is a problem Just kidding, nice of them to do. I failed to get through the entire store so I will have to make a return trip, my friends are faster than me as I like to look at absolutely every piece to make sure I do not miss than gem I was searching for. I keep a running list of things I want to find as well as a list for some of my friends. I found plenty to bring home on this day and we had a fun time reminiscing and searching through each booth. Dennis was able to help find the codes on their Pantone palette and get a custom manual color match order (one quart of each color) started for me. Came in the morning (around 8ish) and the order was done by 2pm, I wasn't able to pick up until after I got off work but their store is open from 6:30am-7:00pm which was convenient. The custom paint quarts were about $25 each but I had a $10 off $50 coupon from the Sherwin-Williams website. The colors were matched perfectly to what I needed. I didn't purchase any other paint supplies here though.

That was mostly a positive experience, both for the sales service & follow up, as well as the door quality and install, with one minor but super annoying issue. There's a strip about 3 inches wide at the base of the footing area where the door frame meets the deck. That strip started to pull up and became a tripping hazard. I assumed this would be a 10 minute fix, either with a screw or glue. No, in fact not. That stupid strip took nearly 5 months to resolve. I'd get texts every day, sometimes twice a day that my part was ready for pickup and then eventually that it would be sent back if I didn't pick it up. That message was meant for the installer not me. I suppose I could have driven to the store and tried to install it myself but I had no intention of doing that on a $6,000 job. Come on Lowe's, do better. For the benefit of others who find themselves in a similar situation, just call the main 800 number, and escalate. That's what worked for me. Good luck!

"I say this earnest. And honest. I took over 1hr of my time actually quoting in home. A LOT of that Due to understand 3rd party. And It took 3 gallons of gas. Over 1 hr of drive time. Additionally waiting outside home to meet 30 minutes late. I kindly request what should never happen. I wasted my time. These are my words. It is not about the gas the drive time it's about that somebody contacted me. That wasn't there. That makes excuses for the person that wasn't there on time that I implicitly understand makes decisions. This was sad and earnest. I work for professional people that do what they say. These include Fortune 500 CEOs professional athletes and extremely correct neurosurgeons that make way more money. And I Chose to show up exactly on time for our appointment. I don't usually respond this way but ... Follow up. I promise you my response was honest. You can feel free to engage me and actually question my reply However I will not engage your proxy. That deferred and didn't call you. This leads to misunderstandings. Now let me get back to my actual work that you waste my time."

I recently did so, expecting to save time and gain convenience, but was sorely disappointed. I placed an order online for a 5-gallon, food-grade pail, lid and lid opener. The instructions that accompanied my order confirmation were to enter the store and follow the signs for in-store pick-up. I did so, and was led from the front door, straight-through to the back of the store, and then to the furthest corner of the store from where I had entered. Surely, I had passed all of the items ordered during this trek. The store is massive, and if you are not familiar with the layout, online ordering would seem like a good, time-saving option, but that turned out to not be the case. Not to mention (as I mention), the "convenience fee" that I was charged to do so. This might be a good option for larger orders, but for the 3 item order that I placed, I would not suggest this.
