Didn't have a good experience here at all. Had to get something shipped home rather quickly while on a business trip and came across this office as the closest one to me. The last who assisted me was extremely rude and aggressive. She kept making aggressive remarks and sounds, plus just seemed annoyed that there were customers there. She then made a nasty comment about "betting broke" when my card declined when I had forgotten to unlock it. Wish I could give them no stars at all. Just go somewhere else. read more

Everywhere online it states that this location is an authorized FedEx shipping location. Not only did I take the time to carry a huge package with no assistance offered at 9 months pregnant, just to get told that they don't have the software to print my label and ship my package. So this should not be listed as an authorized location if they can't even do what is needed to ship a package. That is false advertisement and a waste of peoples time and gas. read more

Beware! We dropped off a shipment at She's The Shipper. The counter person said the label printer wasn't working and they couldn't provide a receipt for the package. Fedex then said the package was never picked up and Wayfair is requiring us to the reship the item. Our company is out $300 in product + Shipping because the owner of this company said she wouldn't start a claim with Fedex. We have no receipt so they don't care. read more

I mailed off a package today and was greeted with courtesy and recieved swift prompt service. Occasionally closes early, shuts down on random days, and Holidays other shippers stay open on. Not an official UPS or FedEx location and can't scan drop-offs and give receipts. Ok for the occasional unimportant package drop off. Otherwise, Copy It, UPS store, or Postal Annex are better options. Recent reviews are shills used to have lower ratings. Lady is crazy and will wear bikini tops at work. The last time we dropped off the package, an employee came out smelling like they'd been smoking reefer in the back. read more

This business is conveniently located near my physical therapy office so I often mail my disability paperwork from here. The business is clearly gay-owned which always makes me feel more comfortable, seeing signs that I am welcome. A few weeks ago I decided to mail standard instead of certified so it was just .67 cents but I had no cash and sheepishly handed her my card. She pushed my hand away and told me to come back later.
