Didn't have a good experience here at all. Had to get something shipped home rather quickly while on a business trip and came across this office as the closest one to me. The last who assisted me was extremely rude and aggressive. She kept making aggressive remarks and sounds, plus just seemed annoyed that there were customers there. She then made a nasty comment about "betting broke" when my card declined when I had forgotten to unlock it. Wish I could give them no stars at all. Just go somewhere else. read more

Beware! We dropped off a shipment at She's The Shipper. The counter person said the label printer wasn't working and they couldn't provide a receipt for the package. Fedex then said the package was never picked up and Wayfair is requiring us to the reship the item. Our company is out $300 in product + Shipping because the owner of this company said she wouldn't start a claim with Fedex. We have no receipt so they don't care. read more

Everywhere online it states that this location is an authorized FedEx shipping location. Not only did I take the time to carry a huge package with no assistance offered at 9 months pregnant, just to get told that they don't have the software to print my label and ship my package. So this should not be listed as an authorized location if they can't even do what is needed to ship a package. That is false advertisement and a waste of peoples time and gas. read more

I mailed off a package today and was greeted with courtesy and recieved swift prompt service. Occasionally closes early, shuts down on random days, and Holidays other shippers stay open on. Not an official UPS or FedEx location and can't scan drop-offs and give receipts. Ok for the occasional unimportant package drop off. Otherwise, Copy It, UPS store, or Postal Annex are better options. Recent reviews are shills used to have lower ratings. Lady is crazy and will wear bikini tops at work. The last time we dropped off the package, an employee came out smelling like they'd been smoking reefer in the back. read more

This business is conveniently located near my physical therapy office so I often mail my disability paperwork from here. The business is clearly gay-owned which always makes me feel more comfortable, seeing signs that I am welcome. A few weeks ago I decided to mail standard instead of certified so it was just .67 cents but I had no cash and sheepishly handed her my card. She pushed my hand away and told me to come back later. I've held onto this review for a couple of years now after using this service. I had two precious glass light covers from the 1950's I inherited from my grandmother and was moving and wanted them professionally handled and shipped. I took them here and it was during COVID so only one person was allowed in the store at a time. I wanted to wait to watch them pack it, but someone else wanted to come in and so I had to leave. When the package arrived at my sister's house as soon as she picked up the box, she knew the contents were broken. She took pictures and it was reported to Dani right away and her and another woman that was working in the back got very defensive about it and claimed to have been so careful and she looked at the pictures and with a small crumpled in corner, it was the shipper's fault, not theirs. She managed to get my money refunded and it wasn't until I finally saw the box myself that I realized how badly it was packed. There was no bubble wrap, no "peanuts" and the two pieces were not separated and were laying on top of each other. Nothing between the glass pieces! Nothing even around them except these air-filled plastic small balloon-like pieces in the corners and half of them had popped by the time the package arrived. I regret SO often that my priceless irreplaceable family heirlooms were totally ruined and I should have stayed there and watched them pack the box! That's the reason for this review at this late date, please don't bring anything that is valuable to you to them and if you do, please stay and watch them pack it so you feel comfortable that the items are secure! They seemed irritated at me coming in in tears and them having to try to get my money back. read more

I don't know what I would do without this place. I am constantly sending packages and mail to my family who live in the Midwest and they always get the mail and packages, no problem. We stopped by trying to drop off a package for UPS, however the front door was wide opened and when we walked in the door buzzer went off. The owner I'm assuming she was rudely yells "Seriously, so closed!!". I think there was a more polite way to say she was closed versus being a complete jerk about it.
