My family has ordered food here countless time but never again after tonight. Be prepared to wait for your food long have it was promised to be ready. Tonight late over 30 minutes. What makes this extra bad is they do not heat or cool their indoor waiting area, tolerable in the summer but sitting 30 minutes waiting in the bitter cold for what turned out to be pretty mediocre food is not something we are likely to do ever again. This is a drop in fast food Chinese restaurant. It was my first time trying it and I am glad I stopped. The prices were great for the food you receive. We ordered orange chicken, lemon chicken, and the vegetable lo mien. They were all excellent. If you wanted hot and spicy they do offer it. The establishment was very clean and the staff was friendly. The best part was the food was fresh and cooked well. This is definitely worth a stop if you are hungry for Chinese. They also have a wonderful assortment of egg rolls and wontons. read more

So happy about this new addition in Lafayette! Everything I ordered (hot and sour soup, fried rice, lo mein) was delicious and fresh. They even included a free pork spring roll (I'm a vegetarian but appreciated the gesture). Prices are reasonable which is always a plus and their takeout was packaged well and included all the essentials and then some - loved that they also included those crunchy noodle things that I don't know the name of but they were so good! if you paid with a card you better check your statement, this place thinks they are slick. they charged me 2 times for the worst chinese food i have even been served. the chicken was stringy, like not a piece, they whole piece of chicken was made up of strings, im pretty positive it wasnt even chicken. i arrived a few minutes after my pick up time and i still had to sit there for 20 minutes while the lady upfront was touching food with her bare hands. and the smell inside the place was disgusting, couldn't even find the words to describe it. there couldn't have been ventilation in there. food and health needs to inspect this place at once. would not recommend to my worst enemy. read more

Generous portions of quality food at reasonable prices with friendly service. What more can you ask for? I was very pleased with the quality of the vegetables and meat, the crab cheese wontons were stuffed full and perfectly fried, my only feedback is that I would have liked a little more heat to the Kung Pao but I know to ask for more heat next time. I've eaten here twice and very solid, consistent, fast Chinese food. Better than fast Chinese you get in malls or at the airport, and better than all of the local area Chinese restaurants. Its all made to order, so it takes a bit to get it, which is totally fine IMO. We tried at least 10 different items on the menu so far and all were tasty. read more

Saw this recently opened, so I want to support them for their opening. Ordered sweet and sour chicken, cashew chicken, calamari and crab wontons. All of it was really good! Generous portions for what you pay and would definitely order again. Especially loved the cashew chicken and crab wontons. Only thing wrong was it came with white rice instead of fried rice. First time here-We got shrimp vegetables and Buddha Delight, as well as noodles with shrimp, scallion pancakes, and crab wontons. Biggest plus is lots of fresh tasting vegetables. Loaded with green peppers, broccoli, zucchini, bok choy, carrots, and fresh ginger-good amount of sauce and not overcooked. Tofu was done like I like it-maybe pan-fried but soft in the center? Not sure but it was good. I'd say the scallion pancakes were a little salty and not my favorite but hey, they were fried and we ate them all. Crab wontons were still crispy and good when we got home with the food. Noodles were good too-again lots of fresh vegetables. Although we waited a big longer than the time predicted for our food, I enjoyed hearing the lady at the counter calling orders back to the cook.
