I have been a member since they opened and love this place. My 10 year old Volvo looks brand new and it is because of Shine-N-Go!! Sometimes I am pulling in minutes before closing and they treat me as if I own the place - they get me clean rags, keep the vacuums running, sprays, etc. My only regret is not going more often :( read more

Really bad experience and bad customer service. Went to the car wash on May 15th and when entering one of the employees used a brush and hit my windshield causing it to crack. Made several attempts to get in touch with a manager. No return calls. 11 days later was finally contacted and advised nothing they could do and all video has been erased from that day. Stopped by this car wash recently while my daughter was attending a birthday party around the corner. I selected the $20 (second highest tier) wash. My car had not been washed in some time but I was disappointed to see that the wheels were still a bit dirty once I got home. I spent probably 45 minutes cleaning the interior. I liked that the parking lot had lots of parking spaces and vacuums but did find the spray cleaners were in short supply. I also had to ask for towels because my station and the stations next to mine were out of stock. Overall, I would cautiously give them another try. read more

Pretty nice wash and vacuum and there are towels and spray bottles that you can use for detailing. I came on a rainy day since I mostly needed the vacuum. Ironically, you find they turn off the vacuums when it rains (I was cleaning a mini-van so my tailgate made the sprinkles moot. I had to wait around until the rain stopped and remind them each time to turn them back on, so it took a long time to finish. read more

I have been waiting for this place to open! I was excited to have more options locally, but this was a fail! Paid for the best car wash $25, but there was still soap all over my car when it started drying, streaks all over, bird poop still on my side windows and grill still dirty. I didn't use the vacuums. Won't be going back. Cherokee Auto Spa is the same price and way better! read more

Chaz, the manager at the time was walking around the parking lot going to fix a vacuumed hose and stopped by my Jeep Wrangler 392 and noticed that the auto wash cycle didn't really do the best of a job so he sent me through a second time while upgrading the wash. Now keep in mind I fully use my jeep as it's meant to be used. Dirt, rocks, you name it so with that being said I don't expect a top teir clean from an auto car wash but this guy didn't take no for an answer. I've had nothing but positive experiences with the people working here as another offered to remove my hitch mounted luggage rack. I couldn't do it as I'm hella crippled now. Great service and staff! Been a member since they first opened. Love the convenience of having my truck and wife's SUV always looking sharp. Vacuums are very powerful, able to clean up any messes from getting in and out daily and messes from kids. They also have spray bottles with cleaner to clean the inside as well as windex for windows. read more

My wife and I purchased two 1 year plans for her car and my truck. We purchased the lowest level wash for each vehicle. We did this back in late winter/early spring. At that time, the lowest level wash plan, included "tire shine." But today, I went to have my truck washed today and got home and noticed that none of the tires had tire shine as they always do. I went right back to the car wash within 10 min. I went into the office and asked what happened to the tire shine today? He asked what package I had and I said the lowest. He said "Oh yeah so the tire shine went up by 50% so we had to drop it off the lowest package." I said so. When we purchased the plans the tire shine was included. He said sorry it's not anymore. I said you should honor the plans as they were when we purchased them. He said no we can't. Then I said then you should stop charging us for the plans as they were not honoring what was sold to us. He said no can't do that either. So, BEWARE OF THIS CAR WASH AS THEY WILL SELL YOU A PLAN AND THEN CHANGE IT MID STREAM AND EXPECT YOU TO BE OK WITH IT!!!!!!! This is BAD business!!!!!!!!!!! The kids aligned my car incorrectly and it jumped the rails inside. But the teenage girl employee decided to accuse me of doing something wrong. My car needed to be run through again and she reminded me to stay in neutral in a rude way. My car was in neutral and I didn't do anything wrong. She was very rude and unprofessional. I think I know how to go through an automated car wash. The manager heard the way she spoke to me but didn't stop her. If she is there, don't go. Go at your own risk. read more
