The service was scheduled at 8:30am and they arrived at 9am, which doesn't bother me at all as I assumed 8:30am was an estimate. I did receive a message around 8:15am about seeing me soon so I at least knew they were on their way. As soon as they arrived, the male and female team got to work and finished around 12:30pm. I was quoted around $200+ from other business for interior only, so the $179 for exterior and interior (for a 3 Row SUV) was the main driver for me! Well worth it, and was able to use Zelle as my payment method. I was initially apprehensive as I couldn't easily find a social media page on their website (not sure if they have one) but given their prompt responses and the Yelp reviews, I'm happy I went with them. I only have one before photo, so I tried to take the picture at the same angle of the center console for comparison along with the rest of their work. I've been a customer for years and a monthly subscription holder. I pay $32 a month and I get at…read moreleast 4-6 washes a month. So for me it pays for itself. I do wish they would be more diligent about spraying the bugs each time and I almost always have to take a towel and go over certain spots the wash doesn't quite get clean. For the past three years, the regular staff has always been kind and accommodating. I cannot say the same for the general manager and the assistant general manager, given my recent experience. On June 1, 2026, my car was damaged by Mister Car Wash located at 15400 FM1825, Pflugerville, TX 78660. I filed an incident report and received a call from Assistant General Manager Colleen Womack a few days later. She explained to me the policy that protects Mister Carwash from covering damage to vehicles more than 10 years old. Of course, I was disappointed, but what was most disappointing was when Colleen hung up on me after I expressed my disappointment and told her I would be writing a review. I called back several times with additional questions about the policy, but got no answer. I happened to be near the carwash, decided to stop by, and found both Colleen and general manager Michael Chappell in the office, sitting by the phone, chatting. They were obviously ignoring my calls on purpose. I believe Mister Carwash causes damage to vehicles over time. Thankfully, this repair cost me less than $50. Be wary of the damage Mister Car Wash can cause to your vehicle over time, especially if your vehicle is more than 10 years old. I will proudly seek membership at a hand-wash carwash moving forward.
