This lack of accountability and unwillingness to resolve the issue reflects a serious deficiency in customer service. This has been the most disappointing customer service experience I have encountered. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning or recommending this establishment to others.

When we were done, she came and asked "finished?" We were but once again that was it, no "anything else?". Guess she didn't realize she's in customer service and she needs to change her attitude. The soup dumplings were amazing - very spicy and the broth exploded in my mouth - flavor and texture were on point. The filling in the pork steam bun was so delicious, but I wanted more! A more even ratio would've made these a 10/10 easily. The fried rice was good too, but just know that it tastes very different than what you'd get at a typical Chinese restaurant (lots of red pepper and a pretty strong flavor).
