So far this is the best Chinese I've had in Oceanside. I ordered online through their website and food was ready in the timeframe they said it would be. Food was great. Loved the rubs and steamed dumplings in particular but it was all very good. Will be back. read more

This was my first time ordering from this particular restaurant. And I have to admit I was impressed, they give you large portions of food ,plus it was very fresh as well. I ordered the general tso chicken with chicken fried rice .And a order of orange chicken with chicken fried rice 2 spring rolls and a bag of wings. I have to admit the food was delicious hands down,there chicken wings were made just right ,fried nicely with a crunchiness to it.They really made the orange chicken really good.the chicken was made with just the right amount of sauce and delicious white meat.plus a little touch of crispness to it,I have to give it to them . The general tso chicken was also on point the chicken was cooked with white meat and just the right amount off sauce and seasoning on it ,with a very fresh flavor.add some of there chicken fried rice with really nice chunks of white meat chicken. Add some duck sauce and soy sauce to the mix with some hot mustard. Thinking of hot mustard that was the only thing the delivery man forgot to put in the bag. This is definitely a top notch Chinese restaurant in long island. Now it is one of my favorites of a long line of Chinese restaurant in NYC. My go to place for Chinese even though it's a town over and there are three other places in between

The restaurant uses a 3rd party service to take orders. On multiple occasions my order never made it to the restaurant and I had to go to the restaurant and check on it. I decided to never order from them again but it's Christmas Eve and I have a house full of family and the Chinese restaurant that I love is closed. Again the 3rd party didn't give my order and they lied to me. I'm standing in the restaurant and while on the phone and they told me they spoke to the driver but I could see the driver and he is not on the phone. It's so frustrating. So dishonest!!!! read more

Take out Date: August 27, 2016 I was visiting my family with my cousin and her son (something I do often now that I have my son and my family is always itching to see him). No one wanted to go to an outdoor restaurant where we could take the baby plus there's like ten million people in my family so seating at a restaurant can sometimes get hairy. My mom suggested ordering from here. I had my guilty little vegetarian secret (cheesy crab rangoons - the only thing I eat that's not vegetarian) and vegetarian sesame chicken. Delivery time was adequate and the meal was standard and good. Not as great as little fu's vegetarian sesame chicken but still good all the same and I was very happy they offered this dish. I've been here a few times now. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. Outside of the borough's it is very hard to find decent Chinese food. I'm not much of an Explorer when it comes to Chinese food, but all that I had from here was pretty good. General Tso's chicken, chicken and broccoli, fried rice, we're all pretty good. If I could give this place no stars, I would. I work closeby, in Oceanside, and every weekend my coworkers and I order food. The food was always good, not ever a problem. Until Saturday. My usual order was shrimp lo mein, and wonton soup, but on Saturday I decided to change it up, so I ordered a vegetable lo mein with vegetable fried rice combo. The portion is big, and I can never finish it in one shot, so I ate it through my shift. A little before my shift ended, it must have been around 10pm, I was eating the last few bites of my rice, when I noticed something very strange, and not rice looking, lying in my food. You guessed it! It was a roach. I called Zheng's immediately to inform them about the situation, and of course the guy on the phone did not believe me, so I offered to send them a picture. After they received the picture, the guy begun to yell, asking why did I call so late, and after I explained the reason, he said he did not believe that was in the food. I explained that we've been ordering from them for months and we never had an issue with the food, but he refused to believe me. As I stated to the guy, I just called to inform them about the bugs they have at their restaurant, and never requested a replacement of the order.
