The owner of this place is the most disrespectful and has the worse customer service EVER. I bought from here before and have credit with them. They priced me at 8K for a small rope bracelet. Told them price was absurd when they had sold me a bracelet just like that 2 years back for 1.5K. Which is understandable, gold price has change and what not. But then, when asked to look at other items she said she wasn't going to show us anything if we weren't buying anything. My friend said it was fine that we would go shop elsewhere, and she totally flipped. Got visibly mad and started going off on my friend. She should seek some help for anger management. How do you expect for someone to shop if you have this terrible customer service? Perhaps ask them what their budget is and go from there? We went to go shop at Shinning Jewelry at Plaza Americas and got that same bracelet for 2.5K. And yes it was real 14Kt gold. We verified it with multiple jewelers. I bought a ring just before Christmas, it had to be sized twice. Supposedly the ring was going to be remade for such a small size, it wasn't. The jeweler cut the rounded portion at the bottom, horribly welded a very thin, flat, brittle piece at the bottom that ended up bending and said it was good. The crown that held all the diamonds broke off. Luckily we found it and took it back. They wanted to charge us a portion of the cost to "remake" it when it was there mistake in the first place. We declined, picked it up and walked out and told them we will never give them our business again. 100% do not recommend. read more

my poor husband was pushed into buying a more expensive ring ( like the other review mentions), he gave it to me for Mother Day on our tenth year wedding anniversary. Honestly a beautiful ring, on the second day one of the bigger diamonds fell out. They made us pay to get it fixed, kept it in the box for a while and wore it for a few days and another fell out. Their suggestion is to go get it inspected every 60 days. After fixing it the second time i wore it for a few more time wand then asked my husband to go get it inspected...not very nice about it either. Wore the darn thing....another diamond fell. Furious!!!! I'm not getting it fixed there anymore, $2000 down the drain...left with the good intentions my husband had for me. They are a rip off I went in and looked at rings several times. Rosa is a very pushy sales person. And I almost bought a ring. We got everything done and then when she let me hold the ring I seen a very large black spot she said it was the diamond and they were all black unless I wanted to pay 5-6 thousand dollars. I learn that was not true. I left the store with nothing but because we had finished the paper work before I got to see the black spot and the fact they did not have the size I needed I left the Store with nothing. At first Rosa had told me that she would take care of sizing and then once paper was done told me sizing would be $150. Just another of her many lies. This was on Friday night 12/30/2016 I went back on Saturday morning after finding out the huge black spot was just a truly cheap diamond and told 2 different people that I did not want them to get the ring in my size I did not want it. Rosa called me on 1/1/2017 and told me she had called and told her corporate office. I did call the place she had stated I had been financed by on 1/2/2017 and 1/3/2017 to back sure nothing was charged and there was nothing. I now think it is all finished until I receive a letter around the 1/15/2017 Stating that my contract had been purchased by a third party billing. When I called I ask not to speak to Rosa but that is the only person that every calls me. She has said that even though I received nothing because I signed the contract I have to pay her $2200 for nothing. So now as the police and lawyer have said it will take some time and money I have to take them to court. So if you are thinking about buying be very weary of this place. And actually having to go to court for someting you never even left the store with, as I have to. read more

I am a returning customer to this store and was happy. Until now on Valentine's Day I we to the store inside the Mall to get rings. On this day I was served by JC. I purchased a ring. Then returned the next day to purchase another ring. Wh I got home with that ring a diamond was missing. I return to the store and asked if I could exchange the ring. JC told me that he spoke to the manager and they wo send it back to the company they got it and have them send me a new ring and I would receive it by that Friday. I returned to the store and no ring. They said it was coming on Tuesday. I came no ring. They said Saturday. I came no ring. I asked to trade it. They said they could not. It has been almost a month and I don't have my ring. They finally exchanged it for me. But they should have done that in the beginning like I asked. They gave me the run around and still didn't compensate me for the trouble they cause. JC still charged me the same price even though my new ring is cheaper.
