I have never been to this store and still have no clue what the worker was talking about. Ive been a customer for two years and after telling him that he has the wrong guy he doubled and then tripled down that i was the fraudster that did a massive charge back. And throughout the whole interaction i never received an apology. But, It makes sense that the worker wouldn't remember who he was looking out for considering the shop always smells of weed and the employees are always high. Ive grew to love this little store over the past couple years but unfortunately after today myself and my family will no longer be going.

I brought them back the next day to show the issue and be upfront about it. Instead of listening, the manager immediately accused me of wearing the shoes myself. I asked her to check the cameras at the register and showed her the receipt with the exact checkout time, but she refused and insisted it was impossible that I bought them that way. She would not allow the return. A few days later, I brought the same shoes back without mentioning the dirt or wear, and they accepted the return with no issue. Overall, the store itself is fine, but that interaction left a bad impression. Customer service should involve listening, not jumping to accusations.
