However, their prices are not really discounted prices. Service is good here. If they don't have your size, they will order and ship to your home for free.

A couple of the kids were complaining of their feet hurting which as everyone knows, painful feet puts a huge damper on your experience. Crocs at Irvine Spectrum, is located close to Dave n Busters as you're heading towards The Cheesecake Factory. Once we walked in, we were greeted by friendly staff who told us about the specials and gave us coupons for extra discounts. They were very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. There are so many Crocs to choose from, ranging in style and colors. There is a definitely a shoe for everyone. Personalizing with jibbits makes them even better. I have no complaints really...except that the store needs more places to sit for fittings. There was only one little spot close to the back room. If we wanted to get up and grab other shoes, we couldn't leave our stuff there because other buyers would have no place to try on theirs. If staff needed to get by, we were in their way, so it was an odd place to be. Note for online orders, returns or exchanges. I called and confirmed that you can do them in store, however, be sure you are aware. They do not carry everything that the online store offers. So exchanges will be limited.
