I stopped by here at the Anaheim Team store when I saw a viral item going to sale. I Pre-ordered it online and about a week later I was notified that it was ready for pick up. I came here on a non-game day and picked up my item. It was pretty easy. And there is a parking lot right outside where the team store is. However, I feel like either City Hall or the city government is right here so a lot of cars are here all the time from what it seems like and a lot of them have permitted parking however, I was still able to find a great spot. With it being a random day they're still a handful of customers walking around the Lots of great ducks gear here. The team members are all really nice and accommodating. They were able to help me out at the register and was able to get me my item. Overall was really quick and fast, but it was also really fun to walk around the store to see some of the fun items that they have. Anything from jerseys to plush , to lots of anything you could imagine. This is a must visit if you're ever here at the Honda center read more

I found a very comfortable beanie to keep me comfortable in the chilly air of the arena and outside after the game, as well. BIG. DUCK. ENERGY! The Anaheim Team Store exudes Duck fandom and has some incredible merch for all types of Duck budgets. I forgot my sweater and bought a cool Ducks sweater for an OK price lol. Could prices be a little cheaper? Of course. That being said, this store has everything! Shirts, jackets, stuffed Wild Wings, hats, pins, and obviously JERSEYS! The team store has a specific section where you can buy your jersey and customize it accordingly. You can add your name or the name of a player! The staff my family and I encountered were super nice. The attendants had a smile on their face and treated EVERYONE nicely. One of the girls at the register was fantastic! My favorite part of this store is that they partner with local artists and diverse creators to produce excellent official Ducks merch. read more

It's great that they have the team store still open. The location could be better as now it's across the street at the ARTIC center. The customer service was better in my opinion when at the Honda center. I came in for an order pick up and my order was misplaced and part of it was left at the Honda center. Spent maybe half an hour there waiting for my items. The lack of communication with the employees is insane. They look just as lost. Selection is reduced due to the size of the area being half of what it was. The value is still the same. read more

WORST team store in professional sports, I've seen minor league baseball teams do better. Nothing like paying for expedited shipping, receiving an item way later than promised, size that arrives is completely wrong and unwearable, and to my surprise they wanted to charge me shipping both ways. Was extremely difficult to get a hold of someone which took days and to be told to send them back and hopefully I get a refund. I had to demand a return label and then once I sent them back they still kept my shipping money even though they also shipped them late. The communication there is awful, the product obviously isn't what it should be, and customer service is abysmal. After working in pro sports concessions and retail all my life, this is one of my worst retail experiences ever period. read more

There were over 8 people working for some reason but not a single person acknowledged us until I asked what we should do if we were ready to check out. We mulled around the store, and I almost had a heart attack at the register. I now have buyers remorse (because no sweatshirt should cost $150?), and have come to find out there's no returns despite "all sales final" not posted in a single obvious place in the store. read more

My wife and I placed an order for pickup and decided to go pick up the order 3 hours later. Store was completely empty with 3 employees sitting around not working and instead of getting our items while we were there, they refused to help us and said if we wanted the items right then we could look for them and purchase the items and then ask for a refund for the online purchase on Monday. We decided to look for the items and couldn't find them and the employees didn't bother helping. When we asked if it was in inventory they said they didn't know and it could be across the street at the arena but they're only open during the games. Like how is it possible that all 3 employees are this clueless on how to look up their own inventory in store. They then asked us to send a email to a random email to get an update on where and when we could get our already purchased inventory. I'm a huge ducks fan and go to 15-20 games a year but this process was beyond stupid to put your fans through. We literally wanted the items because we're going to the game tomorrow with our 7 month old daughter and it was an outfit for her. Garbage customer service. Went in this afternoon and the 4 employees on the floor looked at me, didn't greet me and went back to talking with each other (there weren't any other customers inside) I walked around for about 15 minutes and none of the employees checked to see if I needed help or was looking for something specific. Was going to buy a decent amount of items but walked out with a bad taste in my mouth. It sucks when you go to your favorite teams store to go drop a couple hundred dollars on merchandise and are ignored by every single person who is working on the floor so instead of supporting my favorite team in sports directly I'll find it cheaper online through a third-party or bootlegger. I highly suggest you guys either retrain your staff or find new people who want to work because nobody in there looked like they were happy to be making money. Went into the Ducks team store and was very interested in a hall of fame night jersey. I looked them over and had many questions for the person that was working the area. The biggest question was the Certificate Of Authenticity. I was assured that the jersey came with the COA. The sales person said I would revives my COA within a few days of my purchase. The BAD now is as of 2 months after and many emails to the Ducks organization I am still without the COA. WTF!!!??? I would never had purchased a game worn jersey without the COA. I have waited over 2 months with no response from the sales team or the manager. I thought higher about the Ducks team store. Why would you sell a game worn jersey and not have The COA available when you purchase a game worn jersey especially a hall of fame game jersey I will never know. The ducks should either produce the promised COA or refund my money. Let me tell you that I have several LOS Angeles kings jerseys and have all COA's for all jerseys and did not have to email and or chase one down like I have to at the Ducks team store I would not recommend purchasing any game worn jerseys or any game used items here as there is absolutely no help from this store with issues just the run around. Very sad considering the Ducks organization. The Ducks team store should be ashamed of themselves. I have been to at least half of the NHL's team stores and official NHL store in NYC and in comparison this actually is one of the best ones. Lots of selection and what I really like is that they have lots of exclusive items that you can't get online . Also lots of affordable items too! read more

I've been a season ticket holder for a number of years and I've had nothing but a great experience with the ducks and their staff! My account rep Daniel Alvarez is very good at informing me of when payments will be taken out and any other information that I might need to know. IE: season ticket holder events and special offers etc. The Ducks as an organization are awesome they do many events at Honda Center and around the community that help kids stay fit, promote hockey to the area, as well as helping the community through different programs such as the Anaheim Ducks Foundation. It's great to see how much they care about the youth and the surrounding Orange County area you couldn't ask for a more positive team! I've seen this team play many many games over the years and every one that I've gone to has been a good time for anyone friends family kids and even the family dog if they were allowed inside the area! I have supported the ducks since the beginning and I will continue to support the ducks tell the day i die! Ducks For Life! Go Ducks! Bring The Cup To Anaheim!!! read more
