They refunded me the exact amount onto a gift card, but shipping cost $10 and took a week. They've done nothing to help, and I'm absolutely pissed and disappointed in their service. It helps that the owner and employees are class acts- knowledgeable and never snotty. Ex: I ordered about 5 dresses from Revolve.com for Christmas parties this season, and none of them worked. I walked into Circular and within a few minutes had 3 excellent options, all of which were less expensive than the dresses I had ordered online. I'm so grateful Anchorage has this wonderful shop.

I will say given the quality, the clothes are a little over priced, but I have a hard time finding things that fit my stumpy legs, so I was pleased to find a very cute pair of pants at the $40 mark. Unfortunately malls are dying out and mall operators don't seem focused on pivoting to keep these public spaces open and going. Retailers need to start thinking outside the box and keep energy in these spaces or we will loose in person shopping and that would be such a shame. We did get a few things and shop around but we really expected more for a downtown mall. This needs once over by the developer and the City should be more concerned with its success.

Mall security is amped up. I saw a security guard doing a power walk towards a maybe homeless person inside. There's tons of stores inside and a nice variety. It's not the same as down south but still good with many quality places to shop from. The bathrooms definitely need more attention though. If you can avoid them, avoid them.
