I also picked up a magazine while I was there. I asked about having a firearm shipped to their location if I bought one online, and Octavio explained that it is definitely possible and walked me through how that works. Even though the store was busy, one of the employees still took the time to make small talk, check in with me, and make sure I had been helped. He even apologized for the wait, despite the fact that the line length was completely understandable given how busy they were. In the short time I was there, I was genuinely impressed by the kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness of the staff. After I left, I could not stop telling my wife how excited I was to come back and purchase a firearm from them in the near future. I saw several pieces I would love to add to my collection. I would also like to point out that their lifetime warranty doesn't include damage done from defective product . They also won't advocate for you on behalf to the companies .
