When I got to the cashier, Jaylene asked what I needed help with, and I explained the situation. She told me I could not receive a gift card and that the only option was a return, which would send the money back to the original purchaser. Another employee, who was helping a different customer, stepped in and correctly explained that I was able to receive a gift card since I had the gift receipt. Despite this, Jaylene said no and insisted it wasn't possible. She was very rude throughout the interaction and spoke as if she knew more than everyone else, even though she was incorrect about a basic store policy. She eventually did process the gift card. I want to thank the other employee who actually knew the policy and helped fix the situation. Customer service like this made a simple exchange annoying to go through.

She recommended the W Air Zoom Pegasus which she uses to run. I tried them on and to my surprise they were exactly what I was looking for. She also suggested me to consider going up a half size so that my big toe would rub up on shoe while I ran. At first I thought " Maybe not" but I tried on the half size up and decided to purchase them because they felt roomy and comfty. When I left the store, I went for a run. She was right. The shoes give space for when feet get a lil swollen at the end of day and the toe advice , she was right. All in all Pam gave great customer service. She took her time w my concerns. I could not find them anywhere, came to WSS and found a pair but they were two sizes bigger. I was willing to get those even though they were way bigger. When I got to the register I told Jessica about my plight and she went out of her way to look for options in the store. When they did not have them she went out of her way to call 3 other stores until she verified one of them had the size I needed.
