Check out was fantastic too!! and the greeter even told us goodbye. I hadn't experienced good customer service like that in a long time. The shoes were also reasonably priced. When I went into the store and started to look around, a gentleman came out & said someone would be right with me. A few seconds later, Tehani (Assistant Manager) approached me and asked how she could help me. Well she did just that and more!! We did the scan and I was so shocked when she told me my shoe size! I've been wrong all 40 yrs of my life! My right foot is a half size bigger She also had me walk and noticed that my feet leaned inward. Based on the results of the scan & her observation, she recommended Hokas and Brooks. I initially came into the store for the Hoka Gaviota but she suggested the Arahis for me. Unfortunately, they didn't have the size in the color that I wanted so I'll order them online. however, she did also help me with some shoe inserts for my current pair of tennis shoes and some Oofa slides to wear in the house. I'm so used to wear slippers but these slides feel so great on my achy heel and arches. Honestly, my feet already feel a lot better from just from walking with the new inserts. The Oofas were a little more in cost than I saw online but it was so worth the experience and the knowledge I received from Tehani. I would definitely shop with them again. Admitting, I am one of those who'd rather go online than go to a store to score stuff. But this is one of those rare occasions when online offers were priced completely ridiculous. Then I remembered this spot and remembered finding bargain buys for MJ stuff. Checked out their hours via Yelp and TADAH! Found myself in their store in no time. Parking is no issue - I found out right up front. It almost felt VIP. [Insert chuckle here.] They've done a little upgrade. The store looks a bit chicer and more modern. Tons of merchandise like the last visit. I got distracted for a few minutes (so many cool shoes!) but remained focused: I was here for socks and socks only! They had a bin of socks which I went through but couldn't find the specific ones I need. So, I asked a worker if they had any others. He guided me to a wall next to the cashier and BOOM: there they were, those specific ones I needed to get! And another great surprise: they were cheaper than anything I found online! (We're talking about at least 30% cheaper!) I walked around and found a lot of cool merchandise. Walked through the back and was told of the table with all items "on sale for 40% off." The store is fairly organized. When you walk in the men's section is right on your left. Then, on the left side next to the cash register is the women's section. There is always a back table with shoes on clearance in front of the window. The back of the store has the children's and baby shoes. The right side of the store has Crocs, Vans, Adidas, and Converse. And the associates are all very friendly and ready to assist. They have a pretty good selection of shoes. If you come on a good day, there is usually some heat. Shoutout to the associates that I know Alex, Armando, Ramon, Davian, Adrian and Gaulette.
