We tried their signature butter chicken katsu plate and sandwich with the macaroni salad and it was packed with flavor. I have been to this location on multiple occasions. Everything they serve is always made to perfection and full of flavor. The menu is not huge, but that's why I think everything is close to perfect. I am very lucky to have opened a business in this mall. The owners are so happy and generous. Every time I visit the area I make sure to consume some of their kimchi butter sandwiches. I was pretty impressed by their loco moco, the patty tasted freshly made unlike some places that use the frozen patties. The gravy had great flavor and the mac salad was simple but delicious. I am a huge fan of chicken katsu and this place made chicken katsu into something MORE. The kimchi butter, paprika, green onions and furikake creates such a unique flavor! The chicken was nice and crispy and the hawaiian mac was perfect especially with the paprika on top and i recommend getting it spicy! The restaurant is located inside like a beer garden along with other restaurants. There is seating but more of a food court style atmosphere. It wasn't busy on a Thursday at 5pm, but it must have been a busy day because they were out of Moco Loco and Short Ribs. Luckily I wanted the Garlic Jalapeño Shrimp. They let me know they were now using peeled shrimp. Yay! It was made fresh so it took a little while. They were so kind and brought it to my table! The Garlic Jalapeño Shrimp was delicious. 6 Large juicy shrimp lightly breaded and coated in a sweet & salty sauce served over white rice. It wasn't overly garlicky or spicy (but I can handle some heat). It came with rice and a surprisingly good macaroni salad. I normally hate Mac salad but this was creamy and so good.
