Coming Soon finds itself on the blocks of Canal along with other recent trendy additions to Canal between Seward Park and the Allen Street park promenade, encouraged by the opening of the exclusive Nine Orchard Hotel, with its Corner Bar and Swan Room, in the renovated historic landmark Jarmulowsky Building across the street. While I'm not in the market for their ware for my own home, there are things I might consider at Coming Soon as gifts in the future - whether for the design or for the fun value!

The store isn't large (smaller than I had imagined), but it still offers a pretty large selection of items (they're a furniture design and gift shop that sell a lot of home goods - from the useful to straight up tchotchkes that bring joy but don't do anything at all)! I particularly love their home goods related to dinner parties (cocktail classes, placemats, everything you need to host the coolest dinner). It's small but has some great stuff.
