When you first enter the bakery, you can see the display of organized labelled pastries and bread. The lighting is warm and the bakery is welcoming. I grabbed a tray, tongs, and a piece of parchment paper to put on top of the tray while I browsed the array of choices. I chose a Portuguese Egg Tart, also known as Pastel De Nata. My husband and I shared a croquette, garlic sausage block, and he had the spicy sausage. The Pastel De Nata was so flaky and crisp. Once I took the first bite, you can hear the crunch and the filling of creamy egg custard was so good. The garlic sausage block was really good as well. It was the perfect ratio of dough and sausage. The spicy sausage had pieces of jalapeno and the sausage was very good. The croquette was thick, crispy, and had a really good filling. I also got the Honey Lavender Matcha Latte, it was refreshing and creamy. Inside, there is plenty of seating options from tables to countertop seats. All the pastries were very yummy and not overly greasy. Everything that I've tried at Tous Les Jours have been really light and airy and you can't go wrong.

The toppings were amazing, and the ube ice cream was a must have. They offer the ice cream separately too and I highly recommend trying it. But the shaved ice was more like crushed ice to me, and it watered down the other toppings and wasn't super pleasant to chew. The other pastries we tried were amazing.
