I explained my mother's situation and asked if it could be delivered tomorrow, on Saturday. Lou said, "I'll make it happen." Now that is exceptional customer service! Josh Hoffman was the technician who delivered and set up my mother's new Samsung TV. Josh programmed the Xfinity remote to the new TV, and my mother accidentally hit something that made the TV verbally announce everything she did. Josh asked if she wanted that, and my mother said no. Josh was quick-witted and a comedian; he had my mother laughing. You certainly can tell when an employee loves their job! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. However, upon getting ready for bed that same night, I had noticed a 1" scrape on my bedroom nightstand, right below one of the windows he was measuring. As my furniture is in near-perfect condition, I know that scrape was not there beforehand and no one else had been in that bedroom. The fact that the representative did not mention he marred my furniture, removing a layer of the stain and coating, led me to believe that he is not an honest retailer and I chose to give my business to another vendor. The estimate for repair was over $100. As such, I would not recommend this vendor.
