Winslow AZ is famous for a few things, like rt 66 and a certain Corner. Winslow is fast becoming known for great food! Olde Town Grill is a great place with a great vibe. I half expect Sam Malone to be bartending during Happy Hour! (3-6 1/2 off their fried apps and drink specials) I'm still making my way through the menu (hard to move past the amazing mango habanero wings!) but the Friday Fish is hands down the best bite I've had here! My wife is sitting next to me & she is saying "TELL THEM ABOUT THE AMAZING CARNITAS QUESADILLA I HAD TODAY! TELL THEM IT NEEDS TO GO ON THE PERMANENT MENU!", so there is also that! (I had a bite of said quesadilla and I concur, btw. It was very tasty!) Check this place out! read more

Delicious food. I had the buffalo chicken salad, my husband had the soup special- chicken noodle soup. Both were very good with lots of great taste. We also enjoyed a flight of draft beers. Owner checked on us and was very friendly. Our bartender/waitress was also very nice. Overall a great experience. read more

Amazing! Just steps away from the famed, "standing on the corner of Winslow, Arizon" is one of the best restaurants EVER! Hard working staff, incredible food, (try the chili fettuccine with shrimp....you'll thank me later) and the owners who match donations from customers who stuff cash in their brick walls...... if you miss this place, you wont enjoy one of the best places for miles around. We were passing through Winslow AZ, and stopped by for dinner. It was by far the worst meal we ever had. I asked for mashed potatoes with gravy with my meal but instead I received a overbaked dried stuff potatoes with cheese and bacon. It was nasty, the worst ever. I can't even remember the meat I was eating but once it was over cooked. My wife had chicken wrap with green salsa. The chicken was under cooked, the fell apart and no salsa in her wrap sandwich. We tried to say something but the staff just looked the other way as they didn't hear us. One more thing, did I mention it took 45 minutes for us to get our meal. I do see how this outfit is getting such great reviews unless they are stuffing their own ballot box with positive comments. read more

Thought I try this place out and it was a huge disappointment! I cannot stress how much the wait staff suck!! The food was as bland and plain as ever. We asked for silverware on arrival of our meal and the silverware was given to us 20 mins after we were served our meal! The whole place is just wrong. From the waiters, to the food and to the service. I wasted money and my time. Very horrible place. Would never recommend this place to anyone. The 5 star reviews are lies and seems like they know the owners and they leave good reviews for them to help the place. Its sad and not worth it in any way, shape or form. DO NOT EAT HERE! read more

I wish I could rate the service and the food separately. Furthermore I wish I could rate the bartender who seemed to be "training" and the waitress "training" her separately as well. Let me start by saying the happy hour from 3-6 has some really great deals and the mule that I got was fantastic for $5. The appetizer bogo is also really fun we enjoyed the fried squash and mozzarella sticks- both phenomenally prepared. (The first dish of the fried squash seemed to be leftovers from a previous order and was not very appetizing, HOWEVER without any prompting the chef remade this for us and we were also served a free bowl of this app while it had just been prepared and it was GAME CHANGING!) There were 3 adults in my party, an 18 month old and a 6 week old. When we walked in it was more than obvious they were short staffed. Having been a previous waitress/bartender I can be more than understanding. We waited in the front next to the sign that says "wait to be seated" for 5 minutes or so before our waitress told us to "just sit anywhere". It took another 10 minutes or so (understandable with as busy as they were) for her to come take our drink order. I questioned if we could still get the happy hour prices at this time and she said yes we still had another 10 or so minutes in happy hour. We all ordered a drink on happy hour and waters all around, also 2 appetizers and the child's meal for the toddler. I really appreciate how she brought our drinks promptly and the child's plate out first! That was really thoughtful and I was hopeful about this experience even though they seemed super short staffed. Aside from the food everything was downhill for the rest of the night. I had to ask 3 times for our tables waters. When the food came we were two sets of silverware short and our waitress was no where to be found. I took it upon myself to grab some from across the bar. I have an excellent review of the food! I got some kind of southwest Buffalo chicken salad with grilled corn and fried onions it was amazing! When it came time to leave I had to wait over 20 minutes for the check. The rest of my party was in the car trying to pacify the children. Our waitress was splitting her time chitchatting in the corner table with what appeared to be some regular customers and disappearing to the back where the kitchen is. She left this very sweet woman, who it had seemed like she was supposed to be training, all alone to man the entire place. When I asked the younger girl for my check she was nice and let it be known that she applied a discount for my wait! How thoughtful! Then I reviewed the ticket. The appetizers and the drinks were not priced at the happy hour prices. I inquired about this first and the young waitress was gracious enough to explain the pricing to me and adjust the rest. Then I made my way down the rest of the bill... Someone had added 3 sirloin steak dinners to our check! All with different cooking times so it's CLEAR this was intentionally done! The older waitress never showed her face once during this ordeal! She let this poor girl run back and forth and deal with this mess that SHE had made! How terrible! When everything was finally voided and adjusted correctly I specifically asked how the tipping is at the establishment. If I left a tip would it be pooled? Or would it go to her directly or the other woman who's name was at top of my receipt. I'd like it to be known even if the tips were pooled I would have left a nice tip for how well this young woman handled the situation. However, she told me the tips would not go to her at all. So I did not leave one and I left a hand written note on my signed receipt. Absolutely terrible service and I hope management handles this accordingly. I thought this place was so awesome. It has a vibe from by gone days. The staff was incredible. Always there when we needed a fill-up and made menu suggestions. I had a craft been on tap, and some wings in 2 different sauces. Delicious. Its downtown plus just steps away from the Corner of Winslow statues and a flat bed ford. Others at my table had ribs, which came with a really yummy and unique spicy coleslaw. The attentive staff is top notch. I cant say enough good things about this place! read more

The food is horrible here! Only 3 out of 7 of us liked our food ( kids' hot dog, spaghetti, and chicken tenders, but not the fries). The cordon blue was fried to a crisp and the insides were overdone. The plates looked like slop with gravy poured over and covering the main entree. Not even the mashed potatoes were eaten by some and the vegetable medley looked and tasted unappealing and I like vegetables. Two children got sliders which were overcooked and black. One bite and they were done. The children received fries heavily seasoned with salt and pepper. What kids like pepper? I liked them so I ate some of theirs instead of my meal. The waitress could see our mostly still filled plates and asked if we wanted boxes. I said no and mentioned the children's sliders were very overcooked. She apologized, but didn't offer to take them off the bill. I noticed the locals were only there to drink. Our drinks, a margarita and Long Island Iced Tea, were good, but not the food. So disappointing. I would never recommend eating here. read more

Just taking it easy, standing on the corner of Winslow Arizona, we decided to stop in at the Olde Town for some drinks and a bite to tide us over on the way to Flagstaff. Our server was a delightful young lady named Alissa. She was energetic, attentive and excellent. Our drinks were mixed to perfection by the owner including an off-menu request. Although we only ordered fried pickles and onion rings, they were as good or better than any of us remembered. The batter was light, crispy and delicious. If your kicks on Route 66 have you passing through Winslow, a stop at the Olde Town Grille is a must. read more

We were sightseeing today, Thanksgiving Day, and I wanted to go stand on the corner in Winslow, Arizona. So cool! We had no plans for eating, but my husband saw this place was open. They were having turkey dinner. The place was so charming and the owners were so friendly! The dinner included turkey with gravy and ham, mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans, sweet potatoes, cranberry relish, and red chili sauce. Everything was very tasty and we were stuffed, as is proper at Thanksgiving. I needed some time before I could appreciate any pie, so they boxed up my apple crumble pie to go. The meal was very reasonable, two meals with our mimosas was less than $60! Again, the owners, husband & wife team (I didn't get their names) both came and chatted with us and were so welcoming. If we ever get this way again, we will definitely come back! read more

We stopped at the "Corner in Winslow Arizona...". Then picked this place for dinner. I had a steak wrap and my friend had ribs. Both were excellent. Awesome discovery! Went to stand on the corner in Winslow, Arizona and then discovered this newly remodeled place 20 paces down the street. The bartender Chance treated us incredibly well and we shared a wonderful lunch. House salad, Reuben sandwich and onion rings were perfectly done. A friend & I were traveling through Winslow last week, took our photos with the flatbed Ford, then lucked into walking around the corner and having dinner at the Olde Town Grill. I truly love this restaurant! I believe it is almost brand new, but with tremendously talented, experienced, and gracious chefs, wait-staff, and ownership. I ordered ribs with an amazing dried cherry barbeque sauce and they truly blew me away! I'm a huge ribs fan, and these were perhaps my favorite ever! They have a great menu, offer some very tasty micro-brews, the ambience is low-key but polished, and their prices were more than reasonable. It's very obvious they take pride in every aspect of their establishment and go out of their way to take care of their guests. Jeff, one of the owners (or owner's son, perhaps) was exceptionally nice, spending time talking with us and even writing down the recipe for the rib sauce I so love for me! I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. If you go to Winslow, this is where you want to eat! read more
