I explained that I was already on my way, and their response was that they could accommodate me but the appointment would start 30 minutes late, allowing me only 20 minutes. I decided to cancel and asked for reimbursement of my $23 Uber fare since the change was made at such a short notice. They promptly texted back and said that they could suddenly see me right away.
