Finding a team that consistently delivers results year after year for this long is rare, so I thought I'd share my overdue appreciation on Yelp! The entire V Line team is professional and welcoming. I have worked with all the girls there. In particular, I want to give a huge shoutout to Vivian. She is one of the absolute gems of the client service team, someone who is incredibly knowledgeable in the science behind all the treatments but has never tried to sell me the most expensive service that doesn't suit my skin type. There have been times when she's given me honest advice, even if it meant steering me away from a beauty trend that I don't need yet, because she genuinely cares about my skin's long-term health. I got a regular facial, which included facial massage, cleanse, and exfoliation with steamer. There are add ons based on your skin needs/what Cindy recommends. After the initial face cleanse, she analyzed my skincare and pretty much talked me through the process of the facial and made recommendations based on my skin. My whole experience was very relaxing and I even fell asleep for a couple of minutes. My skin was rough and dry coming in, and is now soft and plump. I definitely plan on coming back. Cindy is extremely kind, accommodating, and straight to the point. She is also knowledgeable and answered any and all my questions I had for her. I recommend her for the best bang for your buck! First they analyze your scalp and show you what type you have. Mine turned out to be combination (who knew!) Then after that you go into your own private treatment room which is spacious and the ambiance is incredible. There's relaxing music and soothing lights on the ceiling. And then your treatment starts, I opted for the 90 minute head spa (I originally came in for the 60 and decided to upgrade for some much needed relaxation.) Let me tell you, this was so relaxing and calming. You start with a head neck and shoulder massage which melts away any tension you may have had. The hair wash portion was probably my favorite, my technician ran water all around my head and neck and it was so soothing. After all of that was done she sat me up at the private mirrored seat and blow dried my hair and put some serums and oils in it to make it nice and soft. Paid for 6 sessions of treatment on the upper lip, underarms, Brazilian, and legs, every 4-6 weeks to start and it was super convenient to schedule for all the sessions. I just completed all the introductory sessions 2 months ago, and honestly I've never been so happy with the results! My strawberry skin is slowly getting better, and now the majority of my legs are flawless! No more buying shaving creams and razors! My under arms and Brazilian are a little bit more stubborn but I'm able to schedule touch ups as needed to take care of those soon too! I love her honesty and as she was injecting me, she would tell me step by step what she is doing and letting me know if it may be a bit painful (which I did not feel at all) and she would also tell me the recovery period and what to do and not do.
