We found out Thursday night that my daughter was possibly going through liver failure at the age of 1! I called and asked for a 1 day extension due to this hardship and since all my payments are on time or early! I got no help and was told that I had to call in before the day of due (even tho I have proof that this all happened the night before.) I was informed that my car would be repo if I missed the payment by even 1 day and that there was nothing they can do. I ended up having to borrow the money from a stranger because I wouldn't be able to take my daughter to her appointments for treatment if it was repoed!!! Again I never missed a payment and have even been paying a day or two early. This doesn't even mention all the replacement parts I had to cover myself because when I took the car in under their fake warranty the bs shop put anaerobic gasket maker on my gas cap to stop the air leak (which caused me to have to drop the tank and drain it due to potential contaminants in the gas) and it wasn't even the issue I brought it in for. I brought it in for a slipping transmission which I ended up having to get rebuilt elsewhere at my own expense. (I would never go Thur this company for car again. They don't care if your have hardships. They only care about their payment. The car I got Thur them turned into a money pit. As soon as I get one thing fixed something else go wrong with. I'm not even sure the car is safe to drive. It's turning out to not be a reliable car. When I told them about all the problems I'm having with the car they didn't offer to get me into something more reliable vehicle. Just give us our money.) Definitely agree with this review! It seems I'm not the only one with the same issues here!

I wasn't aware that other car dealerships judge you and look down on you if you are wearing comfortable clothes and not all dressed up? I didn't know that there was a dress code just to look at a new truck and talk to someone about it? We decided to go to Labadie Toyota and look for a new truck and thank God we did! As soon as we pulled up Demarcus introduced himself and smiled and shook our hands! Demarcus discussed with us what they had to offer and when we saw our soon to be new truck we loved it! Demarcus talked to us about our options and not at anytime were we judged, pressured to purchase something or rushed about making a decision! We chose the truck we wanted because we were treated with such kindness and respect! We were treated just like family there and Demarcus and all of the staff there were so kind and accommodating! We would like to thank Demarcus and all of the staff there that our dream of owning a new truck and reality! Thank you to Demarcus and all of the staff there from the bottom of our hearts! We highly recommend you to all of our friends because you all know how to treat your customers like they should be with kindness, respect, and willing to do what you can to help them! We were very up front about what we wanted and the amount we wanted to spend. Lisa ended up finding a SUV from an auction site that would possibly be a great fit she told us it would be around $39,000. She sent us a couple photos and told us that the car only disclosed a small scratch on bumper and a wheel rim had a scratch. They got the car delivered and Lisa explained that Emily would show us the car as she was off that day (great no problem) Emily was great! The SUV... not so much. Every tire looked like they took a screw driver and chipped away at every rim, so bad that one of the tires are missing a chunk. Then the entire outside of the car had huge scratches and dents more than surface level, the inside wasn't great either. They were missing the head phones you need to watch the TVs in the car, the visors were missing the covers for the mirrors, and the smell was strong. Mind you they hadn't done the detailing at all, so understandable! It didn't turn us off, but we wanted all this fix if we're gonna be paying over $40,000 for this car after taxes ect. We explained this to Emily she was very understanding and Called out the manager. GREAT! So, she comes out walks around the SUV with my husband and explains how they're gonna fix all of this and it hadn't been through service. My husband then says to her we're worried about the cracked paint on the fender cause it'll rust if not fixed right. She explains how they will do it right and told him the process of it all. We leave tell them to let us know once it's out of service and everything is fixed and we'll be back. Couple days past and the only person talking to us is Emily, Lisa hasn't reached out at all regarding any of our concerns. Emily was the middle man telling us what Lisa has said and what's going on with the car. Ok... we really enjoyed Emily, but weird way to do service when we had been dealing with Lisa the whole time besides that one day. So Emily calls and tells us they're gonna have to charge us $2,700 extra dollars to fix the stuff they told us a couple days ago they would fix. They tried to make it sound like a good deal cause they were giving us tires/rims off another SUV they had to replace the Terrible ones the SUV had on. We sat on that and had them send us pictures and we decided why would we spend $45,000 on this used SUV that looks like it was beat to crap only because it had low miles? The build sheet they sent us was missing stuff when we went and seen the car as well. There was no weather tech mats like it stated either. We ended up looking into the vehicle with the vin and the car wasn't even worth half that. They never offered to lower the price nothing. Manager never called and Lisa never called. We dropped out. Only person we heard from since is sweet Emily. We understand these auction cars can be hard to tell how they are till in person, but it was how they handled everything and how much they expected us to pay for this. So all in all, id recommend going to see Emily, but be careful and do your research before buying something from them. Thankfully we found a great SUV somewhere else! After seeing how the dealerships are suppose to do business this is why we decided to give a review.

With the transfer case exploding it caused my driveshaft to fall and snap. Where the driveshaft connects to the transmission there is a little knuckle. That knuckle you can't just replace, you have to replace the whole transmission. Well, we have a warranty on the car since I'm still paying on a loan for it. Mind you we were 2 hours away from home. We called for a tow and had it towed to the nearest Jeep dealership. That dealership was Thelen Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. As I stated above this happened in NOVEMBER. I was working with a guy named Josh. He was great. Very informative and kept me up with all information and called me back within 24 hours of me calling. NEVER left me hanging for days. We both tackled contacting the warranty company and fighting with them about a new transmission since they denied it at first and said "you continued to drive the car after the transfer case exploded and the driveshaft broke". ‍‍ if you don't have a transfer case or a drive shaft how can you drive? You CANT. So I argued with the warranty company till they finally admitted that I was right and they put in for a delivery of a new used transmission. Took like 2 weeks for them to get it. They finally got it but the tech was on vacation. No big deal. A week or so later they got the transmission in.. and it was bad. Josh had to file a complaint with the warranty company and then the warranty company had to file for a warranty replacement with the transmission company. That took FOREVER. Well they received that transmission roughly 2 months ago or longer. Well Josh had left the company and my car just kept getting pushed back and other cars that came in WAY after mine, got fixed. I was calling almost every other day to get an update. I spoke with a younger gentleman that said he was working the case and said they'd get to working on the jeep that week and it would done by the following Monday. I call the following week, and spoke with a lady and she said she was now working the case.. (hmm) I said okay, and asked when my car would be done. She said the following Wednesday it would be ready for pickup. I said awesome. A week and a half later which was Wednesday I called to get an update. I left voicemails DAILY for a week. Spoke with another gentleman when they finally answered and they said it would be another week till they get it into the bay because they're working on another car. At this point they had been saying itll be done in a week for damn near a month. Finally my husband calls them and said that if it's not done by that following Friday that we would be coming up there regardless to pick it up and we'd be bring a lawyer as well. May 8th we head up to the dealership which was a 2 hour drive. We open the trunk and they have a metal bar that was part of my car and they said that it was damaged so that's why they didn't put it back on. Okay fine as long as it wasn't important. Everything looked great. Well we get home and literally have it parked for less than 30 minutes and you could see a small puddle of trans fluid under the car. We just tossed it up like it was just residual trans fluid that maybe when they were filling it up they dumped some. Well it is NOW May 22nd. It's been EXACTLY 2 weeks. There is no way it's just "residual" fluid. I have a big puddle of trans fluid under my car ONCE AGAIN. Mind you, they had my car for damn near 6 months. SIX MONTHS and there's STILL an issue because now it's leaking trans fluid. Ive called the dealership and now I'm just waiting to hear something back because if I take it to another dealership closer they will start all over again and I'll have to pay a lot more out of pocket. And the fact that all the issues weren't fixed I don't feel safe driving my car 2 hours, and I'm not paying and i shouldnt even have to pay over $400 just for a tow to get to the dealership. Plus if I drive it there then the warranty will be null and void because I "drove it damaged"

I should have read the yelp reviews before buying a car at Bay City Audi. :(…read more I highly recommend you stay away from Bay City Audi for service and car purchases. They sold me a lemon either intentionally (they knew there were issues and didn't disclose), or unintentionally (their service department is incompetent and didn't perform a basic safety inspection of the vehicle before listing for sale). I flew in from California to buy a used 2017 Audi Q7 from them to tow a trailer from Pennsylvania to Michigan. They sold me a car with numerous issues. When I arrived in Michigan, the car wasn't ready. The tow package didn't include the module to control lights so I couldn't tow. They tried to encourage me to buy the car without the safety features calibrated because they were having issues in their shop. They finally thought outside the box and found someone to calibrate the drive sense safety features/camera. The car was not detailed or washed when I arrived. While test driving I heard some unusual braking noises that I wasn't able to reproduce with the sales rep. The rep said maybe it was due to the car sitting. Turns out this car, which is supposed to have new front brakes actually needs new rotors (and brakes). It make a rotating clicking noise when gently braking. I had the car inspected by a mechanic after purchase. Not only do the front brakes and rotors need to be replaced, but the exhaust is cracked in a visible area where service supposedly replaced some exhaust clamps before the purchase. There is also an issue with the rear trunk lid sensor/lights. At the end of the day, when I fly across the country to buy a car, I expect it to be ready and in good working order. I've bought 8 Audi vehicles over the last 10 years and this the single worst experience in my history with the Audi brand. I don't expect an Audi dealership to sell me a lemon. Nobody has returned my calls or emails regarding these issues.
