Neighborhood liquor store with a solid selection. They have enough variety in a range of prices to…read moremake it a worthwhile stop. The service is stiff, though, and that drops it a star (and I tend to be generous).

This is not a huge liquor store but it is off the main road and you can pop in and get what you…read moreneed relatively quickly. The selection is pretty decent for a store of its size and they manage to make good use of the space with calculated stacking and display techniques while allowing the appearance of the shelves to be clutter free. There is a small fridge in the back with a few selections that are pre-chilled for convenience. The pricing overall is about 2-3$ above average than where I typically shop back home but likely on par with other liquor stores in this area overall. After all, they do cater to the Hamptonite crowd and can get away with it. They stock wine from both of the local vineyards as well; Wolffer and Channing Daughters. In fact there's more wine than anything else. The liquors are limited but some good choices were available. They had the organic chardonnay I was looking for which was a plus and I also tried a brand of prosecco there that was new to me and it was rather tasty. The chardonnay typically runs about 11-12$ but it was on sale here for $15.99 The lady behind the counter who I can only assume is the owner doesn't exactly have a sunny disposition or perhaps she was just having a bad day. She did however offer assistance in finding what we were looking for and even made a few suggestions. There was no one else in the store so we got quite a bit of personal attention. Overall it's difficult to judge with nothing to compare to so as of right now I'm rating it four stars but I may adjust once I've checked out some other liquor stores in the area.

Okay, not gonna lie here: it is pricey here. There is a considerable markup. However, the staff is…read morereally nice and they were meticulous about checking ID's, which was appreciated. If you want some booze last minute and you're just getting wine, it's really not bad. Our experience was positive.

Avoid this place at all costs!! I was there this past weekend close to closing and not knowing the…read morearea and wanted some scotch/wine for my hotel room so that my fiance and I could continue our great North Fork weekend and instead I met with RACIAL PROFILING. As I walked in the first words out of the young guy's mouth was....Hey, can I get you some Hennessy or Ciroc. I had a blank stare on my face because it took a moment for it to settle in that he assumes all African Americans drink Hennessy or Ciroc. So i gave him the benefit of the doubt until he became a 'salesman/spokesperson' for Hennessy with random hip-hop references and poorly generated slang. I told him I have zero desire for either as I drink scotch. He then attempted to sell me cheap scotch and claim it was a best seller.. along with a 2-3x markup. Sidenote I am an avid scotch drinker and belong to multiple scotch based organizations. It was also weird because I could not browse by myself as this terrible cashier/salesman was close enough the entire time to make it look like we were walking down the isle at a wedding. Getting a sense that this place feels sketchy I went over to the wine and found a familiar bottle of wine with a price on it and said this is all I want and left quickly. I don't know why he would think that a high-level African American computer engineer from Boston would walk in the liquor store with boat shoes on would like to buy Hennessey but there are plenty of things about racial profiling that I would never understand. Profiling aside please shut this place down with their volatile on the spot pricing.
