The very first visit I purchased a vape cartridge. The liquid was very dark and it tasted weird as if it had gone bad. The manager was nice enough to allow me to exchange for a different cartridge. I placed an order my second experience here after getting a text saying my order was ready for pick up I get a call saying there were no more of the item available. Third times a charm, I ordered a strain the person at the counter confirms my order and bags my bud. When I get home after smoking a piece of what I rolled I finally look at the container to discover this is definitely not what I ordered. The first person that answered was pretty nice. The woman who got on the phon after tried to get me off of the phone quite rudely saying she knew what happened and didn't have a manager available. After persisting explaining I travel at least 40 mins each trip she abruptly cuts me off saying oh I have a manager available now and puts me on hold. The manager gets on the line pretty much with a f@#! you and your time your gas and the fact we screwed up and if you want to bring it back 40 mins to us you can type of attitude. He cut me off every time I spoke and stated I can only give you a 10% discount on your next order. Then proceeds to ask me so u want to come today or tomorrow? lol wow. smh. I went back today and the manager Elise was amazing. She listened and quickly tried to help. She apologized and said let me see what I can do. She gave me my order and compensated me for my time and troubles by letting me keep what was opened and my 10% discount. This is true customer service. I appreciate you! Thank you! I used to like this place, it's clean and open 24/7 but besides that -- it's way overpriced. For example, at Zen leaf you can get a AiroPro for $40 out the door (including tax) any day. At ShowGrow, this exact same product is $56 out the door. They also don't weight anything in front of you here. Dont even know where to start,put simply Im going to not shop here unless my problems are properly addressed. Whoa this place can be chaotic!! So why do I keep coming back? Better deals, better selection, more for your money. I really don't love deal with this place but I'm tied of the sad selection of sativa at the other shops. This one had a huge selection and suits me better. They have a very limited app that they make you sign up on. It's ultimately pretty useless. It doesn't give much information, doesn't have their current deals. If you already know what you want you can order ahead to pickup. You can use the app to track which strains you've tried and if you liked it. The staff had all been nice. It's just an overwhelming atmosphere. Their sativa pre-rolls keep me happy, so this place has my business. read more

They do not accommodate Medical patients in the curbside pickup as medical products do not show on their app for purchase. When I brought this up to the staff I was explained how the website works not why there is not an option for medical only products for pickup. Recreational users get the convenience of curbside pickup not us medical patients that actually need it. Customer service is subpar and the prices are wild I paid 60 for a 3.5. I Love love Love the humans here ! When the don't have CBX I can't really shop there because I just don't like any other brands. I do love the convenience of express check out. I love the bud-tenders they are always such sweeties. What I don't like about ShowGrow is that they really don't have anything to offer locals on a daily consistent basis. There's another boutique I started frequenting and I save about $17 a trip because they give locals 10% off. Show grow is cool because it's close to my home however the happy hour from 7-8 or 11-2 Mon-Thursday is kind of hard to make and only cater to certain humans available at those hours. If the people weren't so killer I'd give you 3 stars because of the Lack of consistent love for locals. Besides that it's actually a great place to go. Integrity matters and this is another example of why you shouldn't shop anywhere else. Their weed is always good, staff amazing and their app for preordering makes ordering so straightforward. Ok dispensary but something that really aggravated me was doing curbside pickup and constantly seeing employees that are forced to sit outside and check people in without a fan or another type of adequate cooling device (there is a tent, but the Vegas heat has been over 110 on multiple days and that simply is not sufficient enough). It also appears that they are forced to wear all black clothing while standing out in the heat -_- while I do appreciate the COVID precautions and such, you need to do better for your employees before someone passes out from a heat stroke. read more

Stopped here in severe pain hoping that I could be seen and get some 420 specials. I was informed Medical does not get to skip the line. I left. I will not be back if that's how you treat medical patients. I even told the front desk girl I was in pain. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! Whatever you do, avoid the bud tender named "Xani" (name on tip jar) she lies, and doesn't handle customer questions effectively. Was told I need to download new app and bring in phone to prove redemption...drove all the way to the house, got the phone from my girlfriend (app is on her phone as I have no storage left) brought said phone back..was helped by a different gentlemen (Chris? He was excellent) and never had to show phone I was told I HAD to have and show to redeem.‍ i understand not knowing policies, but lying and shutting down when asked for assistance is not the way to help a customer.
