On this recent trip, we noticed that our tire pressure (PSI) was too high, so I quickly drove here and the manager immediately asked me to pull up to Bay 1, which I did. After running it for a while they reported the battery was now fully charged, so most likely not an alternator issue. I told them that we sometimes noticed the car would sometimes switch to accessory mode when turning off. They asked if they could run load tests and check the switch and keep it overnight. We agreed. In the end, they found no issues. When I went to pick it up , I asked for the bill and I was told there was no charge. I was shocked! I thanked them very much for checking everything and even more for the no-charge. Just based on that, I think I have my new service garage!
