Angel walked me through the process on the phone - no rush, she was willing to answer any and all questions and gave me some great suggestions on how to make my work easier when pulling together the documents for shredding. Gave me quotes on all the different options, etc. At the end of our conversation, she explained what to look for when contacting other companies. One thing she mentioned was to look out for hidden fees (Proshred is totally upfront with ALL fees). I had previously seen a bad review on another company about hidden fees so that rang a bell for me. After our conversation, Angel sent me an email with everything in writing and every time I emailed her with another question, she got back to me almost immediately. I looked no further and scheduled them to come to my site. Day of: apparently someone called in sick so Mike, the OWNER, showed up to make sure the job got done. Wow, don't see that all the time. Nicest guy - very professional. He was done with our 47 boxes in less than an hour. The price was WAY cheaper than if we'd had to take boxes to a site to be shredded.
