Unfortunately there are not many options when it comes to dining in terminal B. There is 1 sit down restaurant and 2 others that are more fast casual. Therefore this place was busy. I ordered the Caesar salad (no croutons)...what I got was a salad that was a 1/4 croutons (I'm allergic) and no salad dressing. I went back after I took every crouton out and asked for Caesar salad dressing...they said they didn't have any. If someone orders a Caesar salad, you think they would preface it that they didn't have salad dressing while I was ordering. They offered honey mustard but I didn't want it. Highly disappointed. If you are gluten free or celiac avoid this place. read more

They just reopened in conc B and the menu says a Shula burger is 2 patties pickle tomato lettuce and Shula sauce. So I ordered it and it was 1 patty. I inquired about that with the cashier and she said the double was an extra 4 dollars. I explained that's not wat the menu says and she said oh well. So I sit back down and try it. Ever take a bite of beef and know it's gone bad? Well that's what this burger was. Kind of difficult to imagine being the just opened up 2 weeks ago but yeah my advice would be to avoid this place. Subpar all the way around. This airport location has been closed forever and they are now open, but with a very limited menu. I had the Shula Burger, which comes with fries. I asked for it to be cooked medium and it was brought to me medium-well. The burger was thin (1/4 lb) and devoid of juiciness and lack of flavor. The bun was not the freshest. Fries were fine. Service was very slow. All this for $17. Overall, I would not want my name on the restaurant. read more

Decent food and decent service at the airport. This is not a full service Shula's, and they do not even have steaks on the menu. You can get sirloin as an appetizer or on a salad. Skip this place. I walked in and overheard a bar employee arguing with a customer over a menu. The customer was asking to see a menu and the bar employee was telling him he wasn't going to give him one unless he was seated. Odd. Anyway, I sat down and awaited a menu. My server came over and pointed to a QR code for the menu. I hate not seeing a real menu but ok. I get that it is the new thing. I look and see food listed in an odd manner. Very basic with no descriptions just what exactly is on each item. Very weird. I have seen better menus from a hospital bed. Ok, whatever, I am ready to order. My server comes back and tells me I have to place my order through the app. What? I was dining in, not getting my food to go. I go through that process which was not super user friendly (I feel bad for elderly travelers) but I make it happen. My food came out (a burger and fries). The burger was meh and fries were cold. I asked for ranch and they brought me a packet of ranch salad dressing, which was nasty. The food is expensive, it is not great, and the service was meh. They use plastic silverware. They are certainly charging for restaurant prices, I would think that could include real silverware. I am not sure why they asked for a tip as the customer does all of the work, including placing an order. All the servers do is drop the food off at the table. The employees seemed pretty miserable. I seated myself and 2 servers looked at me, but it still took over 5 minutes to come over. I ordered a Mushroom/Swiss Burger with fries. The food was good. This is the worst restaurant I have ever stepped in. First thing that was a red flag was not being greeted by any worker to sit at a table. If you find yourself in RSW Fort Myers Airport you will soon realize there are no good options for food. This is in the area before security and the food is as you would expect, basic and sub par. Best meals we have had since moving to Florida 4 years ago. Our server Jeffrey was outstanding: knowledgeable, efficient, and very personable. The lobster bisque was to die for; best I've had since leaving New England. Pretty decent airport food- though it is before security which always gives me a bit of anxiety eating at a restaurant prior to getting through the security line. We didn't have much of a choice though because we were all separating to different concourses. Service was not so quick either, but friendly. We ordered the buffalo chicken appetizer and two Cobb salads to share. This was the perfect amount, and all dishes were delicious. The Cobb salad had fried chicken on it which was tasty but definitely not healthy. We let our waitress know we had 30 minutes to eat, and she made sure we made our flight. As another yelper has noted: this is BEFORE SECURITY. Ordered boneless chicken Thai appetizer and a double blue cheese burger with grilled asparagus to share. I bit into the fried chicken (no chicken, it was a ball of batter) while the waitress was checking in on us. Without hesitation, she went ahead and put in another order for us. The double burger was huge and large enough for the two of us to share. Love how there was plenty of gooey blue cheese. Note that the burger came out medium-well, we were not asked how we liked the doneness, but it's fine with us not to risk diarrhea right before a flight. The asparagus had a balsamic glaze - lower calories than fries and didn't cost us more. Overall, we were so pleased that we were able to eat and leave within 30 minutes. There was some time to kill before my flight so I figured why not. The service was okay. The waiter complained to us a few times about a table he just waited on. I ordered the Shula's BBQ Burger ($12.99). It was comprised of double cut peppered bacon, cheddar cheese, and BBQ sauce with a side of fries. First off, there was no asking how the burger should be cooked. I did not see anything in the menu where it stated how all burgers would be cooked, but I could be mistaken. I've dined here on half a dozen location when heading out from Fort Myers. To be honest, they have a bit of a captive audience as this airport is practically a food dessert with pretty slim pickings - a Starbucks for the coffee zombies and once you get past security, a Sbarro with chef-boy-ar-dee-like pizza. So, in comparison, this is fine dining. It's main drawbacks are: 1. It's a chain so things are all a bit processed 2. It can get really busy (although they are pretty fast) 3. It is outside the security area so keep an eye on the likes (or spring for TSA Pre-check status-best money I ever spent!) Food wise, they have a pretty big menu with sandwiches, burgers, appetizers and salads-all the typical pub foods. I usually get the BBQ burger which I like, but today opted for a club sandwich. I wish I had stuck with the burger. The club had a ton of mustard and was served on a ciabatta roll which was not nearly as good as the traditional toasted bread. Took about 20 from ordering to get my food. Since I had plenty of time this was not an issue for me. If you want something approximating real food, opt for Schulas at Fort Myers airport (but stick with the burgers). read more

Our food was OK. This has been a favorite spot for my wife to eat in the past. While our server was pleasant, our order was messed up a bit. I place some of the blame on the QR system that must be used for the menu, ordering and payment. I ordered a side salad because it was not clear when ordering that a side came with the burger (it comes with fries). The salad never came. One of our items from the appetizer menu came late. I had joked with my wife beforehand that I was going to Quiznos; that may have been a better choice for me.
