I ordered chicken lo mien and shrimp in garlic sauce on November 22 2024. After eating there, I suffered from severe food poisoning, which caused me to vomit every 15 minutes for five hours straight. This was incredibly distressing and uncomfortable. You need to be more FRIENDLY to your customers. Number one it doesn't cost you anything, number two all the customers will go somewhere else. Just be friendly. Ok so I've eaten here a few times (as you can see by my pics). So these weren't all taken on the same day LOL. The only thing I've ordered that I haven't liked was their General Tsos Chicken and Crab Rangoon. The GTC sauce just tasted weird. It wasn't spicy, and I just did not like the flavor at all. The Crab Rangoon was just all cream cheese and not at all crispy. If there was any kind of crispness I probably could have gotten past the filling. I didn't care for the dough they use either. It was a bit thick and not light and crunchy like normal wonton wrappers. Surprisingly the orange chicken wasn't half bad. Normally I only get orange chicken from Panda Express but theirs is edible. It did get a bit gelatinous though and sometimes not great to eat the next day. I've gotten it twice but I don't think I'll order it again. My husband and I both love the Singapore Noodles. I wish they'd use more curry but you can make requests when ordering online, so I'm sure they'd accommodate you. We like to get ours Medium Spicy. The hot was a bit much since they use the dried chili flakes, it can get over powering. I like that they have fried shrimp and fries which I've ordered a few times. The fried shrimp combo is very filling. Their honey pork appetizer was really good the first time I ordered it. The sauce reminded me of bourbon chicken and the pork even with the fatty bits were just super tasty. The 2nd time I ordered however, it kinda tasted weird and I didn't even finish it. Egg rolls are good, I liked the steak egg roll but it was a tad greasy, but sometimes you just need that once in a while. I usually stick with roast pork egg roll and I like it a bunch. I didn't care so much for their fried rice. I mean it wasn't bad it just wasn't full of flavor like other places around town. Never had an issue with delivery, they're guys are always nice quick and efficient. There's a cute latino looking dude that is super nice and I like when he delivers. Also I like the fact they staple your containers so none of your food spills out. Very clever. The only reason we order here so much is b/c of their combos (again fried shrimp) and the fact that I like more than just one thing at their restaurant. I've only had this place once or twice and I haven't been impressed at all. I found the food bland and greasy. To be honest, I would rather have Panda Express or any other Chinese restaurant in the area. I live in an apartment complex and they littered the entire place with their stupid menus. Bland. Greasy. Overpriced. Extra hot beef in garlic sauce had very little flavor. Chicken in garlic sauce, which was ordered a little spicy, had no spice whatsoever. Fried rice was dry and had very little flavor. If I was eating with my eyes closed I would swear it was plain white rice. Crab Rangoon was over cooked and had very little filling. One bite of the egg roll and grease ran down my chin, and there was very little filing inside. Steamed dumplings were tasty but only luke warm on arrival (I'm only 5 miles away). We ordered takeout from here before and it was good (loved the crab Rangoon) This time we tried the Thai lunch. Not Thai at all. We ordered 1 spicy lemongrass shrimp and 1 Spicy Thai Basil Tofu. Got home and opened them up- they look identical. ZERO spice. The shrimp does have a lemongrass aftertaste. I would NOT recommend ordering from their Thai- stick to only the other options. We were hesitant to try this place out, due to the lack of pictures and reviews. But I remembered seeing their flyer at the Marriott down the street, and hearing good things about it, so we figured we would try it out. We ordered the basics: Orange Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, and Shrimp Lo Mein (they each came with fried rice and egg rolls) ... And I have to admit that I was surprised at how good everything was! We will definitely be back!! Plus they seem to have better prices and options than any other place around. Located in a strip mall. The restaurant is suitable for takeout. The menu posted here by another yelper 3 years ago the prices have increased. Ordered singapore mei fun, i asked for pork and chicken to be left out, the mei fun was just a loooot of noodle. Needs a better balance in flavor. It isnt terrible, but did not leave me satisfied. I was pretty hungry after dropping my daughter off at Savvy Hair which is a couple doors down and had couple hours to kill. Decided to come in and try their spicy fried tofu. I'm so glad I did. The tofu and vegetables were sooo good. The portion is huge for one person and it came with a side of white rice. Will be back to try some other items! read more

The past few times over a year or so My steamed dumplings are soaking wet and seemed boiled. The next time I got them fried and they were burnt, flat, with little meat and all doe. Still ate them. I've tried lots of Chinese food, and this is probably the most delicious. I've been going to Shun Xing for maybe four or five years and I'll always come back. Their chicken is always delicious, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Their beef isn't chewy and is season well. Their veggies taste fresh and their rice or noodles aren't oily like others I've had and are flavorful by themselves and don't need any sauce. Their soups are delicious as well, although I'm not a fan of their hot and sour. And every time I come in, I HAVE to get their crab rangoons. Every dish is great; I had their beef and veggies and I was expecting something bland but it was incredible. They're always quick and cordial, even though we don't exchange many words. When I ask for little tweaks, they're always happy to accommodate. I highly recommend this place and it's a treasure in the middle of Stafford. My husband likes the chicken fried rice. I love the sesame chicken and my son typically orders the fried chicken wings. Portions are typical for any Chinese restaurant. Was craving salt/pepper fried tofu. It wasn't on their menu, so I asked, and they said they would make it for me the same price as the lunch special salt/pepper chicken. It was so delicious! Ordered an item without peanuts as I have an allergy, delivered wrong item (sure enough with peanuts). Scraped off most of the peanuts to attempt to eat it but decided to dump it all. Called to explain the error and was told my food would be replaced. The shenanigans started once the delivery driver arrived. He asked me for the old food in exchange for the item I originally ordered. I explained I had tossed it but he insisted I give it to him or he would leave with my order.
