I was just at LAX airport picking up my mother. While I was waiting out front. One of the drivers from this company was honking at me to move up so that he could get in to a different Lane. I slowly moved up as the honking grew louder and then he pulls up alongside of me. The driver then proceeded to call me a f****** f**** and request that I rolled down my window so that he could yell at me even more. I did not roll down my window but I continued to wait for my mother to come out as he continued to yell, slurs and expletives at me. I don't believe that this is the kind of person you want representing your company or picking you up from the airport. I have never had any business interactions with this company and this interaction proves that I never will. I'm writing to report a deeply concerning road rage incident involving one of your shuttle drivers. As I was leaving work at LAX, I attempted to merge into the right lane on Century Blvd with my turn signal on to turn onto S. Sepulveda Blvd. The shuttle driver behind me refused to allow me to merge and tailgated me closely. After I completed my turn, the driver sped up, pulled alongside my vehicle, and aggressively cussed at me through his window. His behavior was highly unprofessional and dangerous, showing a blatant disregard for road safety and common courtesy. I captured his behavior on my dash cam. The agent instructed me to wait at Terminal 7 at 7E I stood there for over and hour. Called the line at 3:15pm again and was told the shuttle left 2 minutes ago even tho I had been here in the same spot and have not seen a single shuttle to Disneyland. This review is solely based off a phone interaction. I thought this would be a professional business since I found them off of LAX's website. I called the number for their business and a man answered the phone sounding like he was in a rush. I told them I was calling because I wanted to verify if they're still operating (I've called other businesses and they told me they shut down after COVID so I wanted to make sure) - he asked "why would I answer the phone if we are not operating?" with so much attitude. I then asked if they have a preset schedule, or can we make reservations since their website makes it seem like they have a preset schedule. He said if it's only 1 person, they don't accept reservations because of so many flight delays, just have the person call once they are ready for pick up and we will see if anyone is in the area. I then asked how much would it cost to go from LAX to Orange County and he said if I couldnt make a reservation then how was he supposed to be able to provide a quote?. So I said okay, then if we call you right when we are ready for pick up, can you provide a quote then before we confirm the ride - he said no, they will provide the price AFTER they've been dropped me off at the destination. He didn't really let me ask any more questions at that point and hung up. I might as well use Uber/Lyft at this point. read more

I highly recommend this business. I have to admit , when I first reached out for shuttle information I was a little skeptical because of the way the receptionists answered the phone. I thought it was some type bogus company and because of my bad vibe I hung up the phone. I was seeking airport transportation for 11 passengers and I needed to rely on a trustworthy company. A few minutes after I received a call back from a Man named David, stating he was calling from Shuttle One & offered his services to me. Still feeling a bit uneasy, I agreed to hire the services because the round trip rate he was offering was very reasonable ....And I have to say I'm glad I did ! The shuttle was at my house 15 minutes before the time requested. They handled our luggage & dropped us off in front of our terminal. Before leaving David advised me text him upon return (once at baggage claim ) for pick up instructions. I did and he followed up with a phone call. Then I asked if I could book my return which is 5 days later and he refused to take my reservation and said I cannot book until later, maybe 3 or 4 days and only if there was availability. Where to start with this review.. from the very first time I called them I was met with hostility and lots of questioning on their end on why I was even calling them. I told them I found their number off the hotel. I was staying at website and that they were recommended by them. And asked if I could set up a transport from LAX to the hotel. After a few minutes of him questioning me on why I wanted to use that (because I found them on the website of the hotel I was staying at) he finally set up a price and a reservation for me. We had five people in our party and he did offer us a discounted family price , which worked out to be about $130 for one trip to and from the airport, total of just about $260. On the day of my arrival I received a call early in the morning to verify that I was still going to be using their services. I informed him that we were heading to the airport now and we would be arriving in a few hours at the same time we had a previously scheduled. He then seemed to get upset with me , letting me know that people in the past had canceled last minute and they had wasted their time with them. I assured him that the five of us would be landing and expecting a ride as we had set up. We spoke via text a few times while we were still in the airport, because now I was getting concerned that our ride was not going to be there for some reason. However, our ride did show up on time as promised and got us down to our hotel in a timely manner. We paid the driver for the full amount of the trips and he issued us a return ticket. We tried to tip the driver and he seemed insulted saying that it was only 1% tip, I think he was expecting to be tipped on the total bill, not just the ride from the airport. So he lost out on on our generosity because he wanted to be tipped on the full amount of the ride. On our return to the airport, we had previously set up a time for us to be picked up, and they had called me and confirmed that day of our pickup time. Time. I had called back shortly thereafter to see if we could possibly move our time up earlier, he said he would try his best to see if the driver could make it there. Earlier. The person I was speaking with on the phone this day seemed much more pleasant to speak to than the person I had spoken to previously. The man on the phone did say that he was able to bump our pickup time up a little earlier. However, I think due to traffic the driver still arrived at the original time, which was fine and we understood the reasons. We did manage to make it to the airport on time for our flights with no delay again with a speedy delivery through California traffic. In conclusion, if I was going to LAX again for any sort of vacation, I would avoid this company. The frustration they said on me from the very beginning made my traveling that much more frustrating. While their prices seemed fair and provided the services that we had set up. Most of the people in the company seem very rude and that is not the kind of service that I expect from a company that seems pretty well used and recommended. read more

Please avoid! They advertise that from the airport to surrounding Disneyland hotels is $14-$16 per person. I had 3 people in my party which should have been at the most $48 each way. Instead, he charged us $212.80 for a round trip. We were also promised that this company was different from other shuttles because they keep an eye out for delays and whatnot. Our flight was delayed 30 minutes and the owner was upset at US! We had to wait about 45 minutes for the driver to come back to LAX to pick us up. We were told the driver would call us when he was there, because we had no idea what kind of vehicle to look for. He never called but apparently was waiting 15 minutes for us. The owner called me back, furious, yelling at me to open my eyes so I could see the driver. I was asking questions and he hung up on me. Horrible customer service. They also switched our pickup time. Our flight back home is at 10:00pm, so we asked to be picked up by 7:00pm. Without telling us, he changed it to 4:00pm. We asked to reschedule and he said no, so then we asked to cancel. Our busses were early and waiting for us on both legs of the trip. they were comfy and clean. best of all, our drivers, David and Tony, were fantastic. Waiting for the "Flyaway Express" when this shuttle van pulls up, decent price so we took it and it delivered us to Union Station in jig time, so very happy. Then about 20 minutes later we realized we had left our backpack on the shuttle, couldn't remember it's name, didn't know the name of the drive, panic stations! Picked us up from LAX on time and drove us to Anaheim. Shuttle seemed like it might rattle apart and the driver was pulsing the gas pedal and nearly made us all sick. Picked us up at the hotel ti return us to LAX and proceeded to give us an hour tour of Anaheim while we picked up other people. Given we paid about 2x what Uber would have cost, I was not expecting this. Will not use this service again. For a family of 4, it cost us over $200 round trip, before tip. UberXL cost for our return trip would have been less than $60 and we probably would have been at the airport in the time we toured around Anaheim. This certainly wasn't any sort of money saver. I'm not sure they would even take you off airport property for the $15 per person they quote in the website. Buyer beware. read more

My friend visiting from spring break needed a ride to LAX after we spent her last partial day here at Disneyland. I had work after Disney and couldn't take her to the airport so we started looking for shuttle services. We called Shuttle One to see if we could reserve her a spot when we were done at Disney and immediately the man on the phone was rude with her. He picked up the phone, spoke so quickly she couldn't understand him and when she didn't respond within one second, he goes "hello?" in an impatient tone of voice. My friend has terrible anxiety speaking on the phone but I told her beforehand if they wanted her business, they would be friendly and eager to help her on the phone. I felt terrible at how wrong I was. She asks about a shuttle to the airport and gives him her pick up time and general location as Disneyland. He asks for a specific hotel, again, very impatiently. She looks at me because she doesn't know what to say because we have been staying at my house and not a hotel. So I tell her Disneyland Resort because I thought they could pick up either at the shuttle bus area off Harbor OR at the Disneyland Hotel. Response: "That is the name of the area, do you know the name of your HOTEL?" Not even trying to understand that she could have meant Disneyland Hotel and not trying to be helpful at all. Instead he insists she should figure out where she is before calling and tells her to call them back. No 'thank you' or no 'goodbye', he hung up before she could even get another word out. She was shaking afterwards from the anxiety and we were both shocked at the whole exchange. I can understand needing all the details to book a shuttle, but being so rude and short on the phone is no way to get our business. Friend decided to spend the extra money and call an uber. So we can't leave an honest review of the drivers or shuttle experience because we didn't even want to get that far if they were anything like the guy on the phone who didn't seem like he cared about his customer at all. read more

Was very pleased with the service from Shuttle One. Called for an airport pick up for 7 people from Anaheim to LAX on 3 hours notice on a Sunday afternoon for our evening flight. I was satisfied with the quoted rate as it was only a few dollars higher than what 2 Ubers would have cost at peak travel time. Terrible customer service. I cannot believe the way we were treated. We had a disagreement about a cancellation. When I tried to call the company, I was yelled at, and told it was all my fault. Because his company had been in business for 32 years and could not make mistakes. He would not refund my money. My husband called him to work something out.
