I'm 100% sure I'm not coming back. First time ordering from here. To go order. Got the tofu masaman curry. Was surprised by the pineapple in it, but not in a good way. It was oily. It had maybe four pieces of spongy, tough tofu. Very soupy. Bland flavor. Not at all what I expected in a curry. Such a small entree. Rice was maybe 1/4 of a cup on the side. Paid $17 and change. Not at all worth it. Was very disappointed with the dish in general. The service was fine at the counter. I was welcomed and greeted by the cashier. The restaurant was completely empty on a Saturday early evening. That should've tipped me off. It was an over the phone order though. I would've maybe paid $9 for what I got. Tried it once. Wont be back again. Won't recommend.

First time here and I ordered the Bangkok menu. It feels like I've been ripped off. My clear glass noodles and Tom Yum only had 4 pieces of beef in it, the entrees are tiny, and this is all definitely not worth $40. Not sure if the entrees are tiny because it's part of the Bangkok menu but I will not come back here. Food is tasty but the green curry is too oily. The entrees are about the size of my closed fist.

Came in for take out. There were a few parties sitting inside. We placed our order, and they said it would take about 15 minutes. -Chicken Tom kha. Veggies were fresh. Needed some fixing. Portion was appropriate for price. 3/5 -Massaman chicken. A little bit sweeter than normal. 4.25/5 -Pad Thai with tofu. Pickled onions were good. 3.5/5 -Siam khao pad. Good portion. Lots of meat, but it wasn't flavorful at all. 1.5/5 -Guay tiew bpet. Good amount of duck. Flavorful soup. 4/5 It was cheap, and I recommend it for the price. To-go order was packed well, but they only included 2 chopsticks and nothing else.

Sorry no photos. Was hungry. Food was excellent. Best Thai food since Bangkok Loved the Penang and massaman curries. Don't hesitate. The food is glorious.

A3. Geow Tod These were just ok but the sauce was delicious!

Had a pretty good experience at Siam Cuisine located along 3009 over the weekend. It was our first time. The place was fairly busy for a Saturday afternoon and we were told to sit anywhere we wanted. We chose Geow Tod, described as marinated chicken in a crispy wrapper with homemade sweet and sour sauce. We weren't too impressed with the chicken purses themselves but the sauce was wonderful with visible bits of fresh orange peel. This sauce would make anything taste great! For our main dishes we chose the green curry with pork, coconut milk, eggplant, lots of Thai basil. We also ordered the Massaman curry with chicken, onion and potatoes. Our server stated they are prepared at a mild-to-medium level of heat, which was good since we were first-timers and didn't want to go overboard not knowing how they determined their heat. We found it to be on the higher end of the spectrum. The green curry was very flavorful but definitely spicy. The kind that makes your eyes water a bit and your nose run! The Massaman was better in my opinion. Not quite as spicy but great flavor that wasn't overwhelmed by the heat. The onions were a little undercooked for my liking so I ended up just putting them aside. The downside is that the food took a very long time to hit the table. I'm not sure if it's the norm, but we were lucky that we didn't have anything else to do that afternoon. Service was adequate but slow, too. A good sign was that there were multiple tables of Asian diners- I can't tell you if they were definitively of a Thai background, but it was still a good indicator that the flavors of what Siam Cuisine offers satisfies diverse palates.

Schertz residents, you are so lucky! Dining here a handful of times now when down in the area and every single time, the food and the service here is wonderful. My heart finds joy in knowing that every entree is thoughtfully prepared. The set menus are the BEST way to explore the cuisine of this particular area of Thailand, be brave and try something new and if you aren't familiar, the waitstaff are extremely helpful and patient. If there is anything about today's meal, it is that we like our soup PIPING HOT when it's brought to the table. Always a clean and tidy restaurant - swell spot for a evening dinner date, not so loud that you can't carry an intimate conversation Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and I do not believe they take reservations so plan accordingly!

Food took a good 20 min around closing time & i quickly asked what I wanted to drink so I suppose to some that know what to order it's great but I had no idea what I wanted to try so I asked for more time . After 5 min I gave my drink order & waited another 7 min or so to order chicken pad Thai . Order took about 20 min but I got it & ate it all! It was good! After finishing I was given my check receipt but I was not done ordering as a solo person I take my time to eat & savor the food so I naturally wanted to order dessert . Ordered the Thai custard abs stick rice dessert . It wasn't super sweet, hard to distinguish what flavor the pudding is. Sticky rice seems by fresh as it's more chewy than the fresher versions I've tried . Not knocking it but overall I give a 3.5/5. Ambiance is quaint . They play piano music , clean tables & floors . I ordered to go food so overall I give this place 4/5 due to food turnaround time. Pad Tha

The pho was flavorful, the meats were tender, and everything tasted fresh. The mango sticky rice was absolutely delicious and ended the meal on a high note. The large Vietnamese egg rolls were crispy and flavorful, but I was surprised they weren't served with a lemon wedge, which is something I usually expect. The PW5 Combo listed bean sprouts on the menu, but they were missing from the dish. While it didn't take away from the overall flavor, I do think it's important for the dish to match the menu description. Service started off strong. Our waiter was attentive and checked on us regularly at the beginning of the meal. However, as our dinner progressed it became difficult to get his attention when we were ready for a to-go container and the check. Would I Order It Again?Absolutely. The food alone is worth coming back for. I'd just hope for a little more consistency with the menu items and a more attentive finish to the dining experience. Final Take: Great food, especially the pho and mango sticky rice. A few small service and presentation details kept it from earning five s, but it's definitely a restaurant I'd recommend. I guess it matches its name (4 s). A-List Rating: (4/5) Until next bite... this is A-List, keeping it deliciously honest.

As a mom of 2 on the go I loved the food truck location, because I was able to park in front of the business while one of my girls napped in the car. The owner was very friendly. He had a few orders ahead of mine, I know some people might leave if they're impatient but that only peaked my interest more. I was given an electric pad that alerts you when your order is ready so you can wait in your car! I ordered the Chicken pad Thai (medium spiced), and I got my hubby the Chicken pad woon sen (mild). I tried both. The food was delicious! If it is your first time trying it, be sure to start off with the mild spice and work your way up. You know how some places you order spicy but it's not actually spicy; yeah no, his is spicy LOL so for my personal preference I think a mild is best. People don't be discouraged by how the portions look in the picture! Swear it's not those small "meal prep" containers, it's a GOOD SIZE portion. 10/10 will return for sure and I love that there's other food trucks around, so if you and your partner want something different you'll have options too. I will say that the thing that personally frustrated me a little, was the wait time to get my food; but then again like I said there was a LINE ahead of me so yes his food is popular. I think he also has the option to order online, so maybe I'll try that next time. I placed my order around 5:40pm and got my food till 6:20pm. BUT keep in mind everything was freshly made, the taste was Amazing, good portion and it is just HIM working the truck. So maybe order ahead or maybe you'll get lucky and there won't be a long line ahead of you.

I stopped in around 3 PM. First impression from outside wasn't great. Some of the lettering on the sign was peeling, there were a few bird nests around the exterior, and the phone number signage only showed the "210" area code. Still, the reviews were strong enough that I decided to give it a shot. Inside, the menu was surprisingly extensive, with Thai, Chinese, Pho, and sushi options. I briefly considered sushi, but figured Thai was the safer bet given the restaurant's name. One thing that stood out though was that the sushi bar itself was mostly blocked from view by decorations and bottles, so you really couldn't see the fish or prep area. Service started off well. I was seated quickly and the waiter brought menus right away. I asked him whether he preferred the red curry or the Pad Phet, but he mentioned he was new and hadn't tried either dish yet. I ended up going with the Pad Phet because it offered a combo option with chicken, beef, and shrimp. For appetizers, I ordered the Thai spring rolls and seaweed salad. The spring rolls came out quickly and were very good--crispy, fresh, and probably one of the stronger parts of the meal. My entree arrived shortly after and was also enjoyable overall. By the time I finished eating, I assumed the seaweed salad had simply been forgotten. Then, while I was trying to flag down the waiter for the check, he returned with the salad and apologized for the delay. To his credit, he acknowledged it right away. The presentation was nice, although the salad itself felt a bit underdressed. What held the experience back most for me was the overall upkeep and atmosphere. There were quite a few small things that individually wouldn't matter much, but together created a worn-down impression: peeling wallpaper in several spots, empty boxes near the entrance and wine storage area, and wine bottles arranged somewhat haphazardly. Even little details--like the obstructed sushi bar and uneven decor--added up to a space that felt less polished than it could be. Overall, I enjoyed the food and would consider stopping in again when I'm in the area, but the restaurant would really benefit from a little more attention to presentation and maintenance to better match the quality of the meal itself.
