Sibie's is my favorite local pizza shop in Amherst. I live near the restaurant, so they've always been my go-to place for pizza and sandwiches. They use local and fresh ingredients. For pizza, I love the Lauri's Favorite or the Mexico. And for sandwiches, I can't go wrong with the Mediterranean! Sibie's is delicious and quick. The owner is very friendly, too! I have read many reviews saying the pizza at Sibie's is bland and I couldn't disagree more. My husband and I went vegan just over a year ago and this is by far THE BEST VEGAN PIZZA WE'VE HAD. Since we found this place about six weeks ago on Happy Cow we have driven out there at least 4 times to get their pizza (40 minutes each way). Our favorite is the Taco pizza and the Southwest is a close second. There is always plenty of cheese which is a plus and the flavors are amazing. We've driven into Boston for vegan pizza, tried vegan pizzas in Nashville, Chicago, Dells, and any place local where vegan pizza is offered, and Sibie's is by far the best we've found so far!! read more

I lived there for a couple years, and ordered from them all the time. The pizza was fairly average, but I loved their sandwiches, and I ordered them all the time with fries and soda. This is the best pizza in Western Mass. They have great vegetarian options with the best pizza sauce I've ever had. Their calzones are also incredible. The staff is always casual and helpful. My favorite pizza is the Mediterranean Veggie, but I have also had great meat pizzas when I was more of a meat eater. Would recommend! read more

Ordered from here tonight for the first time. Asked for a steak and cheese sub with no onions or peppers, and asked if they could add lettuce and mayo. Waited an hour and a half for it to be delivered. It had onions, peppers, and mushrooms even though the menu doesn't have mushrooms on it. No lettuce or mayo. Nice read more

This is my favorite pizza place. The owner and his family are present all the time, which gives you that special customer service and personal attention. This place has great VEGAN OPTIONS!!! Try the vegan pizza !! As for the standard pizza shop fare, the pizza's come out with fresh ingredients. The subs are fab. as well. I believe the Mediterranean sub, either veggie or with the lamb is popular and many of my friends enjoy on a regular basis. Another big it is the buffalo chicken wings! YEP BEST IN AMHERST. I like a nice chewy crust and that is exactly what Sibies provides. This is not the style pizza for those of you who love a super thin crispy brick oven crust. It is a thicker pizza and I love when I can get a piece with a nice bubbly crust. The sauce is slightly tangy and there is sufficient cheese and toppings. really bad, took 3 bites of what was suppose to be a cheeseburger grinder......tossed it. tried what should have been a greek salad.......tossed it. ate the onion rings, spit out the rubber onions after the crust broke down. paid 14 bucks to learn i'll never eat there again. someone tell the young worker to pull up his pants, his poo but underwear should not be in that place, though it perhaps was cleaner than the establishment. the diet dr. pepper was good though, as well as the waitress. the one star is for them, otherwise it would be -5stars. read more

There pizza is truly awesome.... but that's about it. Awful customer service. I understand that everyone is human and no one is perfect. With that said, I have never gone there without some kind of complication. I have been there a total of three time. Twice they got my order wrong (Olives on the pie when I requested no olives) and the third time they overcharged me 3X the amount they should have. Of course they voided the charge and i got my money back but that took three business days. As a poor college student, this was not cool. read more

I have stopped here ever time I am in Amherst. I LOVE the homemade crust that is made every day...it has a perfect texture and flavor and compliments the slightly sweet sauce...it's what makes Sibies the best pizza place for me! I find myself thinking about it when I crave pizza! The owner, George, is on site 99% of the time so you know he cares about what is offered and served. Ordered this pizza for delivery during a peak time (8pm) Sat. and 12 degrees outside. The driver arrived at Sylvan residential area within the hour carrying hot pizza for my enjoyment. The pizza was very good. I ordered pepperoni/mushroom and the toppings were plentiful. The mushrooms were not canned, but fresh, the sauce was zesty, and cheese carried it home. I am giving only 4 stars because I prefer a bit more crunch in my crust. This hand tossed pie was good but not as crunchy as I prefer. Next time I will try to order 'well done' and see if that brings perfection. You will enjoy this pie, and be a repeat customer if you give them a try! read more

Generally, I prefer a thin crust pizza. While Sibies is on the thicker side, I still enjoy it. I'm not really into some of their crazier pizzas (taco, por ejemplo), but I LOVE their thin crust tomato basil! ingredients taste fresh. The subs are good-the veggie burger blast is amazing. Wish the bread was a little harder, but maybe that's just me. Basically, Sibies is great for what it is. Very affordable, and they deliver pints of Ben & Jerrys! read more

This store randomly decides when they do and do not feel like delivering to certain areas. I have twice been denied delivery in less than a month, when I live within a mile of the store. The pizza is great, but I am extremely frustrated with consistently getting my hopes up here. I will not be bringing my business to Sibies again, and will get an inferior product that I can at least count on. read more
