This was the first time I dined at this location with my family. There were quite a bit of families with kids also eating dinner on a weeknight. Our server was friendly and the food came out relatively quick. We ordered the potato sampler and were surprised how crispy the tater tot's were! This review is for our second time here. First time was lunch, last year, and the server was attentive but the food was mediocre. Second time here for dinner. Service was atrocius and the food was fair. I've never had a rude server since Tao Restaurant in Las Vegas back in 2009, and this was the second time. I've never had a server shout at me with a frown on her face, saying "WHAT???" (it happened twice during our meal). I mean, come on, the music is loud, but don't yell at me from across the table with a frown. Also, do not say "Well as you can see, I've got my hands full!" when I ask for a refill politely. Also, do not walk past one of your three tables that you are waiting without looking down or making eye contact. It also looks bad when you are standing against the wall talking constantly with your co-worker instead of waiting on tables. Do not get the "endless" appetizers at this location as long as you have the waitress that we had, you will not get your money's worth, which makes me think this is Buffalo Wild Wing's ploy on cutting costs, which is a horrible idea, because destroying your brand by having poor service likes this warrants reviews like this. This was almost a two-star review until the service knocked it down into the dirt, especially since the last rude wait staff I've had was in 2009, which was 17 years ago. Well I'm back home in Hawaii and sometimes, not often, I go to mainland joints here in Hawaii. Wild Wings has an appetizer deal so I got the normal cheese curds and cheese sticks all good then we got the chips and guacamole that was really good. Then we got 40 wings one of the new sauces is sweet Chili crisp. So good. Our waitress was the best no one went with a low glass or napkins. The appetizers were bottomless so when they would get low she was there asking what else she could get us. The pearl ridge wild wings used to have a large bar inside but it seems they took that out and made more seating which makes the place look that much bigger. When you come to buffalo wings you get what you expect; tasty wings, queso and chips or big juicy burger. And they deliver. Our server this evening was Makayla and she was excellent. Pleasant; quick to serve but what impressed us the most was how attentive she was to us. She checked in with us often to see if we were enjoying our meal and finally served us our favorite cookie with ice cream and hot fudge and as she said " Hope you enjoy it I'm serving it with love ". We were seated immediately upon entering. Our waiter was very attentive and always refilled our drinks. A very friendly guy! The atmosphere in the bar seating area at the back is a bit noise with loud music playing. So if you are going and want to have a conversation, I'd request to sit up at the front of the restaurant so it's a bit less noisy. Food came out great and quick. My daughter and her friends visited this restaurant after seeing a movie, and unfortunately they had a very disappointing experience. According to my daughter, their server, Zack, was inattentive and unhelpful throughout their visit. They waited an unusually long time for their food, and whenever they requested simple items such as ranch dressing or asked for their check, he took a long time to come back to their table. I asked whether the restaurant was busy at the time, and she told me it was not. This makes the experience even more frustrating. I'm not sure if Zack was reluctant to serve a group of teenagers, but regardless of their age, customers should be treated with the same level of respect and service as everyone else. If a server is uncomfortable waiting on certain groups, that should be addressed with management so another staff member can assist. No customer should feel ignored or treated differently. read more

Went to BWW for UFC 317 and it was my first time catching a UFC event there. Because of how many people come out for the fights, they set up the seating stadium style, so you might end up sharing a table with people you don't know. Best advice is if you have a big group, show up early during the prelims to lock down good seats. I ordered the chicken tenders with fries and had a few High Noons. The food was decent, nothing too crazy, but honestly I was there more for the fights and drinks. Our server was nice and did her best with how busy it got. My friend and I came here to cruise since this was halfway for where we lived. The parking lot is huge but is usually always packed. You will find parking however, just it's far from where you want to be. Good for those who are counting steps. No one really there to greet us or sit us for a bit, so me and my friend went to the bar area. The server there was friendly and prompt to see us. Wings are sad. No more meat to them. The hostess let us know there were limited servers for seated tables but plenty of room in the bar section, so we chose the latter. I was in the area doing errands around lunch time so I thought I would stop in for lunch. It wasn't too crowded which was good with me. I made my way to the bar and was greeted by the bartender. He was nice and was quick to take my order. I ordered a Blue Moon, boneless lemon pepper wings, and french fries. While I waited for my food, I played their trivia game on their app. It was a great way to pass the time waiting for my food. My food was delicious. The restaurant was clean and inviting. A pretty bad experience during sunday night football om 9/28/25. First off, the restaurant wasn't very crowded and unfortunately their normal AC wasn't working as it was pretty warm inside. They also had big fans in front of portable AC units that kept the temperature inside reasonable at best. Next was that either the waiter forgot to put in our order or the back of the house lost the ticket as we ordered appetizers to start off. People who sat well after us ended up getting their food before us. I had to flag down the waiter to find out what was going on. Luckily we were patient enough as we were having drinks while watching the game. After, letting the waiter know that our food didn't come yet, we made sure to order another round of drinks and our entrees. Both ended up arriving to the table almost the same time as the late appetizer. Zero was the number of times we got our waters refilled. Overall a pretty terrible experience here when I've had much better before. And to top it off, when we received our bill, the minimum "recommended" tip was 18%. No way that anyone there that helped us deserved even 15%. Very disappointed in this place, but im sure I will make it back there again some day. read more

It's easy to complement good service ; and this visit was still good; however........the waitstaff was definitely challenged this past week and I feel it's important to note that management has to take some of the blame. Initially; I whispered to my hubby that our waitress was efficient but no personality. Very business like. Then; I realized why she was working so hard and looking weary. The AC was as not working properly. They even had to prop the doors open to bring in some fresh air. That's when I realized that these hard working people were running back and forth serving while being extremely hot. Came here on a whim on a Sunday night around 7 & it was not busy at all. We opted for the seats near the bar as we wanted some beer and something to munch on. Husband & I have been coming here for years! I'm honestly astounded with how bad our overall experiences are turning out, we come by almost once a month for the queso, wings & drinks. Today we had come in and had a new-to-us server who was VERY friendly, just not very attentive to us. We have been forgotten the past several times we have come in, being passed by our servers without checkups or opportunity to flag them down for anything, as well as ordering drinks & maybe an app to start and never getting to order entree's. We would really like to note that our server tonight was Boogie, and again, it was the overall service and the fact that is has been majority of the staff that has made us feel this way, but he was very kind and helpful when we had him at our table. We feel bad this review is being made after him. The staff is friendly, but we have had experiences where we were forgotten for so long and/or our order was messed up, that we have left once or twice without tipping, and that is not something we do lightly. This isn't an easily survivable state nor economy on a servers wage & I also have serving experience & empathy. As for the ambience, it is often louder than comfortable--my husband has hearing issues and we often have to be right next to each other to hear, and he's not deaf nor old. The music & tv's just don't need to be SO loud, really. But it is also hot in the dining area and cooler in the bar, so the temperature is comfortable in the middle. We LOVE the food. They often have pretty quality deals. But the staff just needs to be more attentive. We literally live down the street, takes us 10 minutes to walk in for dinner & drinks. We like coming here after work because it's close to home and open late. Very convenient. We work in Waikiki, so once we finish work, we just want to get out of that area, quick. We always head to the bar side, because we've always had fun and good service on that side. During major sports events or football season, BWWs is always packed with sports fanatics. There are dart boards, and this last time there was a DJ. It's always a fun time here. I don't think management should have approved for the banner to go up, unless that is now their new look. Workers and friendly but yet lazy. The other waiters were just going to the front where mobile pickup is located and just talking stories. We ordered a simple meal, but not all the food came out.
