I've been here in the past and I like this place, but they definitely lost a couple stars because tried calling them today to ask if they have wheat grass juice in stock because a lot of places will run out or not. The workers make your order fast but correctly! They've never messed up my order and even when it seems packed in there I usually don't wait long for my stuff to come out. My favorite bowl is nuts about açaí and my favorite toast is the Nutella. Both of these items are for Nutella lovers! They put a generous amount. Very pricey for a smoothie... but I thought I would give it a try. I got the Mission Mango, which was refreshing, tangy, and blended perfectly. Not a single chunk of ice was in each sip. Very smooth and flavorful. I definitely recommend ordering this smoothie! Overall, pretty tasty smoothies! I don't think I will return back here due to the steep prices. They carry juices and smoothies as well but I specifically came for the Açaí!! The store itself is pretty small with no where to sit. It is located on the corner of 24th and Mission. It can get kind of crowded so please be aware of that. It's hard to find parking as well. Terrible services! Paid $30 + $4.50 tip for two acai bowls, needed to use restroom, and the man copped an attitude, and refused to let me use restroom. I begged him. He said it was for employees only. He did not give a viable solution until I asked where I could go, and the woman recommended a bookstore down the street. I begged the man if I can use it, he said no and it's for employees only. I added they're selling food, and why, he said their policy started during COVID, and they kept it in place since. He added that there was a time someone used the restroom and did something sketchy. I asked, so 'because someone did something sketchy at sometime, you closed the restroom for all customers,' and he maintained his stance. I informed him I just paid $30 PLUS $4.50 TIP and he couldn't let me use the restroom, he then offered a refund, and I accepted. He then said he will just process the refund, but said he could not give a receipt. I informed him he's required to give a refund receipt, and finally he printed one. I couldn't believe the treatment I received from this business that serves food AND I am a disabled veteran. I will also be making a complaint to the City and County of San Francisco, the State of California, and the ADA. Buyer beware! read more

Even though the products are slightly expensive, the portion sizes are huge, which definitely makes up for it: after one drink, I already feel full! My favorite smoothie is the Nino, which I get every time. As a fan of green juices, I love how it is not to sweet, with a nice gingery aftertaste making it the perfect blend for a juice. This is an amazing acai bowl spot. My favorite acai bowl place is way up in Russian Hill, but I live and work further south in the city, and it's been hard finding a good acai bowl. I found Sidewalk Juice on Doordash, and I absolutely love it. I ordered the Berry Acai Bowl and added peanut butter. The acai to topping proportions were perfect -- there's nothing worse than getting too much acai or too many toppings, and this was perfect. The fruit was extremely fresh, and the bananas were perfectly ripe, which I loved because I hate under-ripened bananas. The portion size for the price was also very fair. Solid option for smoothies and juices in the neighborhood! It's around the corner from my apartment, so I've been a patron for years now. They've definitely been modernizing with the years, and I give them kudos for that. Back in the day, I would've knocked off a point or two due to their overwhelming menu and lackluster store. But they gave the place a facelift a while back and now they've even introduced online ordering (although I admittedly haven't tried that). My go-to is the OMG because I'm a sucker for peanut butter in a fruit smoothie. It's a real treat and never disappoints when I need a good snack between meals (or I'll just have it for breakfast now and then). The acai bowl is also good. My wife and I will share that now and then, and it's almost like candy. Smoothies are never cheap, so the prices are high as expected, but it's never deterred me. Parking is horrible f.y.i, now for the amazing positives~ Right away, you walk in to such upbeat and bright welcoming vibes from the Staff and music blasting. Not one staff did not greet with a hello and it was honestly nice because its so rare getting such welcoming service like that from many places nowadays. It honestly makes such a difference. M bf and I are OBSESSED with the Blueberry Almond Smoothie -- Bananas, Blueberries, Yogurt and Almond Butter blended (10/10 for sure). The consistency of the smoothies here is spot on, the drinks were not too sweet which I love. I literally primarily taste the fruits rather than so much sweet and sugars which is how it should be. Tried to come here yesterday and was told To wait 5 mins because the ladies in there had an emergency and spilled something all over the floor so bad they had to close the store for 25 mins. I don't understand how you have customers outside but you close the store.
