    I recently picked up my vehicle from Sturbridge Auto Collision and had a very disappointing…read moreexperience. After getting my car back, I found that my center console had been gone through and items were missing, including a full cup of change (mostly quarters) and a pair of sunglasses. This was not the condition of my vehicle when I dropped it off. When I tried to address the issue, I had to call multiple times and leave several messages before getting a response. It took repeated attempts to reach the owner. When I finally did, I was told there was no reason for anyone to access the center console and that their employees would not do such a thing. Rather than showing concern or willingness to look into what happened, the response felt dismissive and unsympathetic. I was also told the paperwork I signed protects them from any responsibility for missing items, while they denied any involvement and said they had photos showing the car, including the center console, untouched, even though they also stated there would be no reason for anyone to go into it. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication, lack of urgency in returning calls, and lack of empathy or effort to investigate the situation in a meaningful way. Unfortunately, my insurance required me to use an in-network repair facility, so I had little choice but to use this shop. Based on my experience, I would think twice before leaving your vehicle in their care. Fortunately, I had already removed most of my belongings.
