We stayed at Westgate so thought we'd get breakfast here. It was really hard to find inside. Staff was friendly but seemed unorganized. 2 diff waiters asked for our drinks. They had on the menu that you could add Baileys to your coffee and the waitress seemed so confused about it. Food was overly priced like everything in Vegas. Wasn't bad but nothing special at all. I've been to sooo many better spots in Vegas, but I was glad I had somewhere close for food before hitting the pool.

Breakfast sandwich... egg = over medium... add avocado.

I had a business brunch meeting in their private room... very handy location for this purpose. It was plenty quiet, easy to discuss our business - food and service was on point. I had the breakfast sandwich, added avocado, egg was over medium. Good sandwich! It was plenty for me. The coffee was readily available in insulated pitchers on the table... I liked this option since we had plenty and weren't interrupted by someone coming by every few minutes asking if we wanted more coffee. Worked well for the business meeting situation. Thumbs up.

Good breakfast! We ended up splitting the 3-egg omelette and it was def enough for 2. Loved the bacon, mushroom, Jack - really tasty omelette. Bread was great - I think it's Wolfermans. Had hot tea. The one thing I didn't like (but bf did) was the hashed browns. I felt like they were too salty and the oil tasted old. I just didn't like the flavor although they looked good. He was fine with them though.

Entering this restaurant was fun to see the statue and celebration towards Elvis Presley, once you get to the restaurant which is beautiful and take you back to the Belle Epoue in 1920 you can sit at tables or booths which are so nice. There is space to accommodate large groups by the way. The menu is very simple and also has many options with classic, breakfast food. I loved my omelette and my friend got the breakfast burrito and we also got the French toast also very good. Service was good, our server sang each sentence and was entertaining, he was in a good mood.

Service was impeccable. Checked in at appropriate times and made sure we had enough to drink The French Dip sandwich was one of three faves of all time. Make sure you ask for extra horseradish. The ratio of other ingredients was great. The crinkle fries were standard bog Lamb Weston. Should have opted for a different side. Too thick for my liking as well.

The breakfast can be a bit pricey here. But hey, its the Vegas strip. It comes with the territory. It gets busy here during conventions, but ive always had great service. The food is cooked to order and they always get my eggs just right. Ambiance is that of a busy vegas Cafe.

We were here last year and had this incredible pasta dish for lunch. We were hoping we could have it again this year but unfortunately, they took it off the menu. The other 3 restaurants in the Westgate were closed on a Tuesday at 11am so this was our best option. Service was slow because there were a lot of customers and I don't think they had enough staff. Despite the stress, everyone was still courteous and friendly - and they work d hard to help as much as possible. There were very many great options. The only two items that was appetizing by to me was the avocado toast and the Sid's breakfast. I ended up getting the Sid's breakfast - 2 eggs sunny side up, bacon, sourdough and well done hash browns. The food was good. Nothing spectacular - but still good. Place was clean and adequate.

Lori was our server for breakfast and she was absolutely attentive and accommodating. Sid's was also a very immaculate establishment with a breakfast menu to suit your traditional choices and, of course, they offer coffee and tea. My husband enjoyed their breakfast burrito as I chowed on a Sid's breakfast platter which included eggs, sausage and potatoes. 'Lori, thank you for allowing me to swap the hashbrown for a side of fingerling potatoes. It really made a difference.' They're located right off the gaming floor so it isn't hard to find. No scent of cigarette smoke in there either. It was quiet as well where we were seated (which was closer toward the kitchen). It's a good place for a bite to start off your day and it's on site at the Westgate.

Sid's Cafe is located inside the Westgate hotel in Las Vegas. It was very convenient to go downstairs for some breakfast. I must say, the visit didn't start off too great. There was a party of 2 ahead of us and they got seated in a booth which was clearly meant for bigger parties. It felt like a waste of booth space since there were plenty of tables to accommodate 2 people available. This increased the wait time for an additional table to be available to fit our party size of 5. That was the only negative thing I can say about the experience. We got seated and immediately got some drink orders in. The coffee was fresh and so was the food. My toddler loved my bacon so much, I had to get an additional order so he could steal that too. I had scrambled eggs, hash browns, sourdough bread, and about two bites of the aforementioned bacon. The food was delicious and it tasted freshly made. The service was great. There was someone constantly roaming around the table either asking if we needed anything else or asking if they could remove some of the empty plates. The ambiance was relatively quiet for it being inside a Vegas Casino. The location is far away enough from the action that you don't get any of the unwanted cigarette smell or the loud noises from the slot machines which was nice. Sometimes you just want a reset from Vegas rush and this restaurant was it. Overall, if you're staying at the Westgate or if you're looking for a good place to have a nice breakfast or brunch, this is definitely a place worth looking into.

I had brunch here with my girlfriends. It was a nice spot. The food was delicious and the server was accommodating to my dietary restriction. She made a good suggestion. I wanted the burrito but I am gluten free so she suggested a burrito bowl and it was delicious

It's been several years since I have been to this cafe and I have noticed a lot has changed over the years. I got something that I could eat for lunch and dinner since I had to fly back home in about four hours. I ordered the Slow-Roasted Turkey Club sandwich with fries since I knew it was going to be okay to eat the other half later. We all know that most of the food portions that you get at restaurants in Vegas are pretty big and I hate wasting food. This was perfect. It was my lunch and dinner for that day. It was pretty expensive but it's okay. It was my lunch and dinner that I finished later at the airport. Service here was great and pretty quick.

*** Review is for Restaurant Week 2024 menu *** I never get the chaance to eat here becasue it's only a breakfast and brunch restaurant that clsoes at 5 pm. Normally if I'm at the Westgate for a show, they are already closed. I was at there for a show beginning at 5 pm. This gave me the chance to come here. They had a RW menu that I chose from--French onion soup, turkey cliub, and strawberry ice cream. It ook a while for the onion soup becasue they evidently were baking/broiling the top to melt the cheese. There was a lot of bread at the top of the small crock¸--more than would be with most onion soups. The turley club was well done. Plenty of turlet and lots of bacon along with lettuce and tomato. Served with fries, it made a café style late lunch/dinner for me. Your choice of ice cream for dessert was the RW menu choice. The staff was quite good with my iced tea being refilled without having to ask. Except for the wait for the soup, service was quick and friendly. This is not a place I'd go out of my way for but it was a good sandwich.

This location is inside the Westgate hotel, and turns out to be a better than average breakfast, it's busy and fast paced, but the bright ambiance is nice. If you order coffee you get your own urn to sit on the table. The pancakes were great with the maple syrup. The eggs toast and crisp bacon was a winner, and a great addition to start the day.

The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

The waitstaff were dressed very casual, jeans and t-shirt casual. Although the food is upscale, everything else about this place seems very casual diner like. We could even see most of the work going on in the small kitchen. Mostly shareable plates... Our table chose the deviled eggs with caviar - these were a hit! Dynamite shrimp, most at the table liked these, they were spicy and the flavor was decent, but I just felt like the sauce made the breading a bit soggy and it wasn't a favorite of mine. Pork Belly - This had a buffalo sauce on it, which I wasn't too excited about at first, but it worked better than I expected. Wish it was just a little crispier but it was tender and I enjoyed it. Oxtail risotto - this one had mixed reviews from the table, I really enjoyed it. The flavor was good. There's only a small amount of meat and it's shredded into the risotto. Overall the consistency was a little weird, very thick and almost sticky/dry, plus the dark color. They had a steak on the menu and the flavor was great, one of the pricier menu items but it was a good share. My wife ordered a burger without the bun. She said the patty was well over-cooked and so it was pretty dry. They don't offer gluten-free buns or bread - bummer. The service was generally prompt, but seemed uncoordinated at times. For example, it seemed our waitress was also handling a very large party outside on the patio, and randomly the hostess would bring us a drink refill (hostess stand was right beside our table). That's good in a way, they are all a team, but she also picked up my plate and silverware after only the first appetizer - mind you they bring everything out as it's ready, so don't expect the whole table to eat together, you are expected to share! When I asked if she could replace my silverware, she grabbed a fork and knife and handed to me, but they weren't rolled in a napkin or anything, just barehanded me some silverware... anyway, I thought that was odd. Overall, the food had some bright spots and perhaps worth a lunch if you are downtown. I probably wouldn't seek it out again, but I'm not mad about the meal we had either.

We made sure to be on time matter of fact we arrived 30 mins in advance since we had to catch a cab and traffic seemed heavier today. Once we entered we were greeted immediately however we were taken upstairs 20 mins later from arrival (no big deal still before our reservations) but there were no available tables. I spied a table getting ready to leave on the first floor and asked if we could wait for it and the hostess happily agreed (thank you)!! Unlimited mimosa 10/10, music 10/10, our personal service 10/10 (she tried and I don't even think she was a server but was very friendly and accommodating) however customer service/wait times/morale 2/10 because I'm typing this right now and it's 3:39pm 11/16/24 and I just got my wings still waiting on my fries. Reservation made for 2:30pm made it at 2:00pm just now have wings no fries and my cousin still doesn't have her food at 3:40....and to Christopher I've read your replies and you're disgusting!!! So let me help you with your response...I'm NOT broke, I DON'T need anyone to sponsor or fund my activities when I'm on vacation...DO BETTER!!! However the lemon pepper wings and fries (second request first were cold) tasted delicious. Therapy has potential if the customer service from Chris was better and food arrived in a timely manner. Also witnessed multiple tables abandon their orders due to excessive wait time however ALL the staff is amazing!! Update: actually met Chris after our food came and he is a complete jerk in person too. Drugs are bad people! Save your money and eat elsewhere I will never support this establishment again.
