When patients complain or leave Yelp reviews they further gaslight and blame the patient pretending they are not accountable for their poor decisions/treatment/care. Funny enough, their competition had NO ISSUES AT ALL with keeping me properly informed, well treated during surgery and aftercare was no problem for them...
