I'm updating my review to reflect what's happened since my last post. My truck has been at the dealership's service department since June 25. I finally picked it up on Friday, July 10, hoping everything had been resolved. Unfortunately, on Sunday, July 12, after only a short time of having the truck back, the check engine light came on again. Before picking up the truck, I specifically asked that all diagnostic trouble codes be addressed--not just one issue. My understanding was that there were multiple fault codes, including the turbo gasket, the auxiliary coolant heater pump, and other related issues. Unfortunately, it appears only one repair was completed, and now the check engine light has returned. I reached out to the dealership again but have not yet heard back from Edwin. I do want to recognize Danny, the service advisor, for taking the time to contact me. Even though he was off on Monday, he reached out to let me know he would be back on Tuesday and would do his best to arrange a loaner vehicle. I truly appreciate his communication and willingness to help. The most difficult part of this experience is that I purchased this truck nearly a month ago specifically to tow my food trailer for my business. Instead of being able to work, the truck has spent much of that time in the repair shop. As a small business owner, every day without my tow vehicle means lost income, while I'm still making payments on a truck I haven't been able to rely on. I understand that repairs can sometimes be complex, but I simply hope the dealership will thoroughly diagnose and repair all of the underlying issues this time instead of addressing only one fault at a time. I purchased this truck because I needed a dependable vehicle for work, and I just want it to be safe, reliable, and operating the way it should. Bought a used truck a couple of weeks ago. It smelled like cigarettes inside and the salesman said they would remediate it before i take posession still isnt done. They sprayed scent and didnt work. The salesman said they would highspeed buff out some of the superficial scratches. That didnt happen after 3 times of detailing as well the detailing crew left wax in alot of crevaces. All scratches are done and smoke smell is done because i paid my detailer to do a proper job. Everyone was so ready to say they would take care of these little things for me until after i signed the paperwork. He was kind, professional, but most importantly he was knowledgeable. He walked me out to my truck so I could visually see what was wrong and how they were going to repair it. I came in to buy out my lease after receiving a quote the week prior. I was greeted by the same gentleman I had previously worked with and let him know I had secured outside financing and was ready to move forward. I had all of my documents in hand, and at first everything seemed straightforward--he was cordial and we began the process. As we went through the paperwork, he started asking for personal information such as my income and Social Security number. I stopped him and asked directly if he intended to run my credit. He told me no, that he only needed the info to link to my financing company. Minutes after he walked away, I received four alerts that my credit had in fact been run. When he returned, I confronted him. His explanation was that he was "mistaken." I reminded him that he could have walked ten feet back to tell me before doing it--he had no answer. He later claimed it was "policy" to run credit again, which was the exact opposite of what he had just told me. His excuse: he "misspoke." To be fair, he did offer a free car wash--but that doesn't erase dishonesty. I asked to see the policy he referenced. He told me they were getting it for me, but it was obvious he was just avoiding any accountability. After nearly 90 minutes, the finance manager finally brought me in to sign paperwork, and to my surprise, one of the forms was a credit check consent form. I refused to sign it because I never gave consent, and the credit was already run without my permission. They then admitted it was done by a "new sales manager," and that whether I signed or not, the credit run had already happened. At that point, I was done. Whether this was incompetence or something more intentional, it felt deceptive from start to finish. I drove away furious--and the only reason I came here in the first place was to upgrade to an Equinox. After three visits, all I'm left with are regrets. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this dealership, and I won't be recommending it to anyone. Buyer beware--slimy car sales tactics are still very much alive at this location. read more

Took my EV in today for tire rotation. They were very busy, and although I had an appointment, it took almost 2 hours. During that time I got a text saying that if I needed anything to text the service agent. I asked for water and never got a reply. I later noticed a vending machine selling water. I purchased a 2024 Chevy Trailblazer from this dealership in June of 2024. At 8,000 miles, I first complained about squeaking brakes. During that visit, they claimed the brakes were dirty and that was causing the noise, which seemed like a common excuse. When my vehicle reached 13,698 miles, I returned with the same issue. They said they couldn't find anything and "cleaned the dust off the rotors." The issue persisted, and I returned once more at 17,129 miles. Frustrated, I left a negative review about the ongoing problem. Shortly after, Marvin, the service advisor, approached me. He mentioned they had found a bulletin that indicated the front brake pads and rotors needed replacement. He stated they would replace the parts as noted in the bulletin but requested I remove the negative review at the manager's request, Jacob North. Believing they had found the source of the noisy brakes, I kindly removed the review. However, just 1,727 miles after this visit, the squeaky brakes returned. When I brought my vehicle back, they informed me they had done everything they could and implied the noise was normal. It's common sense that it isn't. It took three visits for them to reference the bulletin. If you are a customer looking for a new vehicle and reading this review, remember that you work hard for your money and deserve a vehicle without issues. If your vehicle encounters a problem, you want a dealer and service department that will stand by you and make things right, not one that says, "we just sell the cars." They are quick to assist when you're buying, but they don't offer the same support when it's time to make things right. They will leave you hanging. DO NOT COME HERE. GO TO ANOTHER DEALER. You deserve better. I will be posting this review monthly. My vehicle is now at 26,000 miles, the brakes still making noise. End up agreeing to pay the advertise price and when he came back with the contract, it was $3000 higher for "dealer add-ons". Honestly disgusted by the lack of honesty and morality behind this dealership. I test drove a 2022 rav4 Hybrid, and a tire pressure sensor light was on. They said it just needed to be reset and would take care of it...that it was probably due to it being hot outside. So I went back, it was off, everything else seemed to be ok and I purchased the car. Now a week later, the tire pressure monitor light is still on, for THREE of the tires saying they are low. I keep putting air in them and even bought a manual tire pressure gauge to keep in the car but there is something seriously wrong and I believe they just didnt want to deal with replacing the tire sensors since it can be a labor intensive job. When I called the dealership, to let them know they had not actually addressed the faulty tire pressure sensors but simply shut it off/reset it..they were not having it, almost as if they didnt care because it wasn't their problem anymore and even said that it was due to it being cold!! Not only that but they told me the brakes had at least 50% on them and also a week later the brakes squeak so loud that people stare at me when I am reversing. I asked them to see a service diagnostic report or something to document what percentage the brakes were at multiple times, and was never given it, which makes me think they're probably at the brink of needing to be replaced. I really hoped that the stigma about dealership people and dignity wasn't true but I am so upset by this purchase and WOULD NOT recommend. They did the BARE minimum and I've purchased and leased many cars in my lifetime, and have never had something like this happen less than a few weeks later after buying a car. read more

Holy crap! I called to get my car serviced and ask for an estimate. They say, it was going to cost me roughly $2,800. And I was going to take it in, but they forgot to set up my appointment. I took it as the universe telling me you're getting ripped off. LOL. So I called one of old mechanics that switched repair shop, and ask him how check out my car. I wanted to change out all my fluids and oils, including transmission oil, all the check up for a car that's been sitting for a couple of years. They also changed the battery, and completeed everything within the same day for $350.00. Holy crap, I just saved myself $2,450.00 for not coming here. This place is an obvious rip-off. read more

This review is just for the Service Department - specifically for Marvin, who is amazing. I've had service done from another rep (Jeremy) who was frustrating, unresponsive, and tried to upsell me. Then I got my case transferred to Marvin, who's been a dream to work with. He pointed out that my service was actually covered under warranty (something the other guys conveniently failed to mention, ahem), and always treated me with kindness, patience, and respect. Since then, I've had another issue with my car a year later and gone to Marvin again -- same great service. He hooked me up with a rental car once he realized it would take a few days to fix my car, all covered with my warranty. Always friendly, quick service, simply the best. Definitely ask for Marvin if you need anything done in the Service department!! They are under construction right now so they're tucked away next to the Subaru sales room. read more

First I took in my Tahoe For an oil change and tire rotation. This was completed within an hour and a half. He identified a couple of things that were needed. He did not push for me to get the tire in the nail repaired at the dealership. He understood when I told him I had road hazard warranty at a tire shop. He also identified a broken brake sensor which again he said it was not necessary until I have the brakes done. I couldn't ask for a more honest person. After picking up the Tahoe I took in my Camaro. He gave me a super deal on the oil change. Abraham has always greeted me when I visit the service department while being taken care by other advisors. We visited Chevrolet Monrovia after being informed of a $3,000 one-pay lease offer on the Equinox EV. Upon arrival, we were asked to test drive first, with the explanation that it wouldn't make sense to discuss numbers beforehand. After waiting nearly two hours, the manager finally came out and told us that the offer did not exist,the only offer is 8k explaining that the associate who helped us was new and unaware. This experience was both misleading and frustrating, and we left feeling our time was completely wasted. I hope management addresses this so that future customers don't go through the same. read more
