So... I had to downgrade this dealership. They replied publicly to my Yelp review asking me to reach out--"Greg" gave an email, but the name on it was Lloyd. I emailed twice, as requested, and haven't heard a word since January. It's now April. At a minimum, they could have responded or called--they have my number and we've spoken multiple times. This makes it clear they're not interested in resolving the issue, and their customer service is far below what you'd expect from a family-owned business. More importantly, I do not trust their used car safety standards. We were told, "We didn't know your son was driving back to Utah the next day." so they were waiting for issues to happen a couple of weeks down the line so they could wipe their hands clean and say it's not their problem?! Wow! Vehicles should be safe, period, regardless of when or how far they're driven. Instead, they've essentially taken a "not our problem" approach. Had this happened a month later I understand we're buying a used car and things can happen. But that's not what happened here. They just did not safety inspect mor fix that car to safety standards. What are safety standards? Safe enough to drive to another state less than eight hours later! it should not be breaking down in less than eight hours of having a major purchase! Yes, they sent $100 in gas cards and a $200 hotel card--but that's after the fact and doesn't address the safety concerns. We would have much preferred the issues be fixed. If you're considering buying here, I strongly recommend shopping during business hours so you can have an independent mechanic inspect the car first--or better yet, look elsewhere. I won't trust their used inventory again, and I would not recommend purchasing from them. Yelp friends, do your thing! The experience of buying the car was fast and easy, the sales person who I won't name here said the car came with 1,000 miles warranty since it's a used car, after closely reviewing my agreement it says, car sold as is and no warranties promised, indicating I don't have that 1,000 mile warranty, for my luck the check engine came on literally 24 hrs after purchasing the vehicle, just check your agreement on used cars so they don't promise warranty and then on your agreement there's no warranty. One last thing I called there service center and was informed since it's not there brand car I have to take it to the proper brand dealer ship so they can take care of it. read more

Honestly, if you're part of the Cadillac family just avoid this dealer entirely. They have minimal inventory to begin with, and on top of that they never have loaners. My last visit was scheduled and I had been promised a loaner. After arriving and dropping off my Escalade I was told they didn't have loaners so I had to wait on transportation, and then be taken to a Hertz north in the city and be placed in an entirely different brand. I scheduled an appointment for a recall for later this week, and I called to confirm if loaners were available, and sure enough, this time nope. Again. Nobu mentioned they're about 5 weeks out on loaners. I simply cancelled my service appointment and won't be coming back to this dealer. Save yourself the headache, go to another Cadillac dealer and service center. read more

Unfortunately I now see the issues with the service department. For my 2024 CT4 my left headlight went out. Spoke with the parts guy, he was aces. He explained that it's not just a bulb but a sealed unit and for my 2024 with 19000 miles and no damage should be covered under warranty. He sent me to the service side. I explained to the service guy (8-8-2025, at about 4pm.) what I was just told and was asked, "do i get my service done here?" I answered Avo on the Chevrolet side takes really good care of not only my company fleet vehicles but my personal as well. I was then asked if I bought it there? What does that have to do with my Cadillac at a Cadillac dealership and I have an issue. The next response I got was, "Maybe you should take it to Avo." This crushes my opinion on Mark Christopher Cadillac service. I will have a hard time coming back to the Cadillac side, for anything. read more

Not great service. I called on 12/23, interested in purchasing a 2025 Cadillac, and spoke with Willy in Sales. Based on a nearby dealership, they had this vehicle en route, but trying to get information from him was a challenge. He said he would speak to his boss about whether or not the car would arrive before the New Year, as we were interested in purchasing it by 12/31/24. Not only did he fail to call me back as promised, but when I followed up, they said he would return my call--and nothing. The next day, I called again and was on hold with the Operator for 20 minutes before finally giving up. Terrible dealership--lost a good sale. This review is for the service department: Couple of things that I want to highlight: Booking an appointment with Nobu was a breeze. He responds very promptly via text and is always helpful when I have questions. Repairs for my vehicle is top notch and Nobu is always communicative and gives me frequent updates. 5 stars for Nobu and the repair men at this dealership. Low ratings is due to the following feedback below: There are a couple of concerns though coming from a customer's perspective. First of all, there is a waiting list for a loaner car when you bring your car in for service. This is a very big disappointment because we have owned luxury cars for most of our lives, and we do not have the same challenge with other Dealers. When we bring our cars in usually for service, they would usually have a loaner ready for us. There was a time that I had to leave my car there for four days, and I had to take an Uber home. I had to uber to and from work for four days. There is no shuttle service for customers. It is very disappointing considering that the Cadillac brand is a luxury brand. Second concern is your front office staff. When you walk in the door, no one says hi to you or say good morning or good afternoon or how can I help you. When they're assisting a customer, they could have asked me to wait or say "I'll be right with you". You walk in there and you are being totally ignored by the front staff. When I walked in this past week to drop off my car, Dario was the only one on the front desk. He was not assisting anyone, but he was totally ignoring me and my husband and I had to approach him. He should not be in customer service. He was very unwelcoming and unfriendly, and you can tell he is not happy with what he's doing, like I was bothering him. I could barely understand him and would ask him to repeat himself (he sounded like he would mutter to himself) which I can tell was annoying him. He was condescending and very rude when explaining and provided me with the worst customer service. I felt like he was angry for some reason and he was taking it out on the customers. My appointment was with Nobu and since he was out to lunch, I had to settle for grumpy Dario. Just my luck for that day. My husband said that customer service from Genesis (he owns one) and Cadillac is total night and day. There was another customer who came in while he was assisting me, and of course, this other customer was totally ignored. There was a lady who came in from lunch, went to the front desk to work, get herself settled in and just started typing on her computer (again ignoring the new customer who came in). I love my car, but with this type of customer service that I'm getting from this dealership, I don't have plans of getting another Cadillac again. I always dread coming into your service department if I have to deal with the horrendous customer service as it's like going to the dentist to get a root canal. Please relay this feedback to your manager. Things could be improved there. read more

Came to this dealership with the intention to purchased a vehicle, was interested in a vehicle they had in stock, I checked the exterior, interior, sat in it, liked the look of it and the price, decided to test drive it and was told by the salesman that they do not allow test drives, I clearly expressed my emotion to that comment by giving him a look, politely said that is just plain absurd, shook his hand and said if that's how things are done here at this dealership, then my business ends here, because how are you suppose to buy something without test driving it? I have attempted to purchase a Cadillac from mark Christopher several times each time I am met by a sales person who at first seams he is willing to help but once he finds its not a easy deal due to trade equity problems, Each time I have gone to other dealerships and purchased a car (merceds Benz) with a sales person that is willing to put some effort in helping the customer with there need vs lying to the customer. As a previous Dearlership GM many years ago, we cared about our CSI, and the better we were, the better inventory we would get from the factory. Maybe this explains Mark Christopher's 90% empty Cadillac lot. It could be luck, so each time I am ready for another car, I return to give my local dealership a chance. But each time, I'm met with the same arrogant, pompous attitude. It's so sad, but that's our new world. Well, I will not spend my money with those types of people. Sorry! I will drive 100-plus miles to find another dealership that treats me like a customer who matters. We are loyal buyers, purchasing cars all the time and returning to dealers. My experience with Mark Christopher Chevrolet is less than 1 star. We purchased a new vehicle from them & was promised floor mats. After several inquiries with nothing but excuses we gave up. In 2023 we purchased a used vehicle. We paid $36,000.00 cash I might add. The engine had to be rebuilt ($12,000.00) in less than 30 days of the purchase. I felt that they should have covered atleast some if not all that expense. They gave us a $100.00 gas card. Caveat Emptor!!! read more
