My relationship with the dealer was very transactional; quarterly oil changes for my ZL1 Camaro until there was a disaster with the engine. Through mechanical failure, a brand new engine was required. Luckily, I had an extended warranty and even more fortunate to have Agustin fighting them to do what's best for me and the car. I bought I used Bolt here. When we got a flat tire we found out that the car did not come with the tire fix kit that cars with no spare have. Also they did not provide the wheel lock nut, so we had to have the wheel lock broken off to change the tire. When I called to express concern they told me they were not required to provide any of that in a used car. It would not have been so bad if they had bothered to tell me that those things are missing. Repeat - According to Felix sales it is perfectly acceptable to sell a car with no tire repair kit that is standard in the car and no way to get a tire off to fix a flat. read more

He kept in contact with me after the holidays so we decided to do a test drive. I noticed the place appeared so clean which is a green flag for me. The showroom, service dept, merchandise store, & restrooms were all tidy and well lit. Pretty impressive for a dealership that started business in the 1920's. Its mascot is Felix The Cat, rumor is the owner at the time, Mr. Felix, traded a car for the rights to use Felix The Cat. The rest is L.A. history. We did a couple of test drives but had to leave after. Chris kept in contact with us and his GM, until we came to an agreement. I brought in a brand-new 2025 Corvette for service. Feliz Chevrolet falsely claimed that multiple inspections and services were completed--none of which were actually done. They held the vehicle for 4 days, reporting that no issues were found. But on the day of delivery, a flat tire warning appeared on the dashboard as the car was leaving the lot. The car had to stay a 5th day due to a tire that should have been caught during any basic inspection. Despite providing a report stating a full multi-point inspection was completed, they missed a flat tire and failed to identify a nail lodged in it. Due to this negligence, I was charged $515.24 for a new tire, and the situation led to: * Damage to the wheel * Missing parts in the engine bay * Damage to a brand-new 2025 Corvette This is beyond poor service--it's dishonest and careless handling of a high-value vehicle. He is extremely responsive and provides the information I'm looking for (some dealers are vague at best and borderline deceptive). An experienced buyer can spot that right away. Dave, however, is truly working in an honest way to assist our purchasing experience. I'm at a point where I'll wait for him to say, "We have what you're looking for, Tony". He is that good--excellent representation of and for the dealership. Lastly - with internet shopping, consumers cannot always go into a dealer to physically check the car right away, the "...can you come by today for a test drive..." thing. I was looking for a vehicle at Felix Chevrolet and, at first, everything seemed to be going smoothly. I was contacted quickly, asked about the vehicle, any add-ons, and given an out-the-door figure -- all within 4 hours. Since everything looked good, I scheduled an appointment for the very next morning. I even showed up early and messaged to confirm, and they replied right away that the vehicle was ready and waiting. So, I drove over an hour through LA traffic, expecting a straightforward experience. Unfortunately, that's where things fell apart. When I arrived, the salesperson I had been dealing with wasn't available (which I understood since I was early). Another salesperson tried to help, but they didn't know much about the situation. After about 15 minutes of waiting, I was told the vehicle was not available -- it had been sold. No one thought to notify me before I made the long drive, and neither the salesperson nor the manager showed any real sympathy. The manager didn't even come out to explain or apologize. Instead, they tried to switch me to another vehicle, which felt like the all-too-typical dealership tactic. I politely excused myself and drove another hour back home, frustrated and disappointed. In my opinion, this is a dishonest and inconsiderate way to treat customers. If this is how they handle business, I recommend staying clear of Felix Chevrolet. The best experience I've ever had buying a car! Abigail was incredible! She was prepared ahead of time and had the car we were interested pulled out and ready to go. She was extremely knowledgeable on the features of the vehicle (more so than the previous sales associates at other dealerships we visited). The sales process was seamless and smooth. I can't thank the service team enough, Robert the shop manager and his associates for going above and beyond in a truly stressful situation. My cat somehow got stuck underneath the back seat of my car, and I was in a complete panic. I drove straight to the dealership, and without hesitation, the service staff immediately stepped in to help. They carefully unbolted the back seat, worked patiently and gently, and made sure my cat was safely freed without any harm. What really stood out was their kindness, calm attitude, and genuine concern -- they treated the situation like it was their own pet. This wasn't a routine repair job, yet they handled it quickly, professionally, and with so much compassion. It's rare to find a team that combines technical skill with such outstanding customer care. Because of their help, my cat is safe and I left feeling incredibly grateful. They did not even charge me a disassembly fee and refused any kind of compensation. Without their help i probably would have had to call the fire department to cut out the seat. This would have cost me thousands to replace the seat and potentially harm my cat. Dishonest 'bait and switch' sales practices!!! I found a vehicle to purchase for a family member at Felix Chevrolet and reached out to the dealer to confirm price and availability for an all cash purchase. They confirmed the vehicle was available for their advertised sales price shown on the Chevrolet.com website which included a $5,500 "Felix Labor Day Savings" discount. After a test drive, I said I'd buy the vehicle and told them to draw up the contract. Only at that point did the dealer reveal that there were no less than $5,000 of preinstalled dealer aftermarket add-on's which were "already installed and could not be removed". These included completely unnecessary and useless things like multiple body protection coatings. Do NOT believe any "sale" prices you see from this dealer - even if shown on the Chevrolet.com website as in reality they do not exist. I drove a fair distance to purchase the vehicle and to have them pull this kind of bait and switch at the last minute is beyond the pale. read more

This store is a volume store. As such, a lot of stuff falls through the cracks as all they care about is churning out more deals. I got my first lease from them in April which went smoothly though I never got the plates. I subsequently was contact to come pick up my plates from the store. Never has a dealer not mailed them. Come to find out they wrote my address incorrectly, got them returned, and rather than ask to confirm address, just put it on me to come get them. I had been in the market for a car for my parents and attempted to negotiate a lease from Felix on an equinox ev. Long story short, after being sent a payment number 3 times, applying for GM credit card, sending credit app, insurance, license, etc. on my way to the store am texted a payment that is literally double. Dealer was fully aware I was en route to the store with my parents who are both in their 80s. No attempt to resolve the issue other than offering a small symbolic discount on the doubled payment. Wasted 2.5 hours plus all my time negotiating plus a credit pull for this nonsense. What was also telling was the store manager Steve who had been the one to revise the quote effective doubling it didn't even have the dignity to speak to me directly, which would have been appropriate given the circumstances. TL;DR - large, high volume dealer, doesn't really care about individual customers, do not expect customer service/recovery here. Unless you are trapped in downtown would check out Culver City, Martin, Puente Hills all dealers I have had better experiences with. EDIT: Just to update - reached out in good faith despite how poorly I was treated. We were able to get up close with all the cars and owners along with car stories from the car scene.We had a great experience seeing all the cars,checking out Felix Chevrolet event merch and fueling up with tasty food from the food vendors. The award judges were busy picking rides with top-notch craftsmanship, killer styling, and spot-on fitment.
