Instead, they just provided a lump sum, and when I questioned the numbers, they offered bogus figures that still didn't add up to the total owed. read more

I had the worst experience with this place. An Asian kid and older Asian lady have no professionalism and they were very disrespectful and plain mean actually. It seems like they don't care at all about the customer. Sure, 95% of the time it's fine if there's no issue. But if you ever bring up an issue to them then be prepared for the worst service ever. And I don't know a single business that doesn't make mistakes but a good business owns their mistake and takes responsibility. I used this cleaner many times and twice my wife and I had our clothes smell like heavy chemicals. I took my clothes back and let them smell the strong chemical odor, and the old lady shrugged it off and said oh my employee made a mistake and used too much chemical. She took my clothes to re-clean. My wife btw refuses to use them again. This time around i took my clothes to clean and a new sports coat to alter. It was a brand new coat that needed the cuffs shortened. They charged $45 for this because they needed to move the buttons. Well, when i picked up the coat, the buttons were stitched crooked, and they had one of the knots ending on the outside of the sleeve instead of the inside. They are not experienced in alterations at all. I showed this to them to fix, and was told to come back two days later. I came back, and found that they only fixed the buttons but did not remove the knot showing on outside of sleeve. I showed that to the old lady and she said: "no that's it... no more fix!" I was shocked. i was a regular here with all my cleaning. I told her i won't be coming back here, and she dismissed me and said they have alot of other customers and don't care about me taking my business elsewhere. I told her my wife no longer comes here, and I will recommend others stay away from here as they don't care if they screw up, don't care if you come back or not, and most importantly are not professional nor competent in their craft. DO NOT GO THERE FOR ALTERATIONS. Older Asian lady who does their alterations was HORRIBLY RUDE to me today. I took a simple sewing job to her today which I would have done myself if my sewing machine had the correct "foot" for it. "She said OK, $25 ) I thought this was a little high, and I again showed her what I needed (simple decorative band sewn onto bottom of pants) She started saying she needed to rip out seams etc, which I know she did not need to do. Anyway, she got VERY ANGRY and told me that she would not do my project. I asked the young man working there why she was angry, and he didn't say a word...looked afraid to say anything. Then she started saying that she was going to LOCK THE DOORS....??? WTF??? ANYWAY, I took my stuff over to HAPPY ALTERATIONS off Imperial and La Palma. I usually go to Royal Drycleaners off of Green River and they are great but my wife accidentally dropped my clothes off at this one. I got there to pick them up an hour early and they said not done sorry. so I had to wait until the next day to go. then the next day when I went they turned the ferris wheel of clothing about 6 times not being able to find them; while I stood there for 10 minutes wondering if they lost my clothes. Then she asks me to help her and look for my clothes while it turns, so we did that for 5 more minutes, then she says her machine is down anyway, and I replied with "Then how do you expect me to pay I dont have cash" which she replied with a shoulder shrug and went back to her button. After about another 5 minutes of this she looks somewhere else and says oh they're not done yet can you wait 10 minutes. OMG. I said no and I'll come back tomorrow. The next day i get there, and I SWEAR, she's just finishing and wrapping them in plastic, and then walking them up to me she drops all of them on the floor. I wasn't rude so I dont think I just think they're that bad. Don't go, drive a little further to Royal I've been going there for years never had 1 issue. read more

Although Lourdes was professional, honest and accurate with taking my order down, my experience with them was horrible. CAUTION!!! No price listing posted, they charge as they wish and changed the prices too often during my service requests. Subsequently my uniforms were damaged; I offered to pay for what was correctly done and was accused of not wanting to pay at all. The situation escalated as on of the employees physically snagged my uniforms from my possession. They are extremely unprofessional, unethical and often referred me to as the "Mexican" rather than by my first name. This is clearly discrimination and bad service. I tried this new dry cleaners and it was really nice inside and the staff was friendly so I was hopeful. They ended up ruining one of my favorite pea coats. Check your items before you leave! I picked up my coat and because it was wrapped in a plastic bag I didn't think to look at my coat and put it right into my closet. When I went to wear it....it was COVERED in this white fabric like lint! I thought maybe it was spray starch? But I couldn't get it out with a lint brush! So I took it to my regular dry cleaners and they said the only way to get it off was to shave it off if the jacket. They said they think they washed my wool peacoat with water (since the inside of the arm liner was also wrinkled which only a pro would notice that because I veneer look inside the sleeves of the arm when I dry clean!) and maybe like a towel of some kind. Either way, they couldn't explain what the dry cleaner would do to get this type of cotton like debris on the coat OR why they let me pick it up in that condition!! HORRIBLE and I ended up having to take it somewhere else and spend $30 to shave off the fabric and bring my favorite coat back to life! read more

If I could give them a zero star rating I would! I took my pants to be hemmed just to receive them in the same manner I dropped them off. I went back to let the seamstress know my pants weren't hemmed and politely asked her to complete the alterations. The Seamstress proceeded to tell me that she did her job and wasn't not going to do any additional work. I requested a refund and explained to her my pants were not hemmed to the size I requested. At that point the Seamstress became irate and told me SHUT UP!! Never have I ever experienced this type of customer service. Not once did I disrespect this person to make her lash out the way she did. All this could of been avoided if she would of just owned the problem and finished my alterations. read more

This service is totally unprofessional and the mother the old lady that sits at the corner used profanity freely towards me when I came to the store to show her some spots that my son's pants had after they were dry cleaned from them. My son's pants were brand new and after wearing them for the first time I took them to this dry cleaning. They just had only one line of dirt and no spots at all. They were going to charge me more for just a little dirt line. I said to them ok I will take care of it and bring them back so I wouldn't pay more. As a single mother I watch my pennies. I brought them back with no spots at at all. The son still charged me the same price as I was quoted initially with the spot. He said that they have increased their prices. Although I didn't like what he did I decided to pay; I tried to save and didn't work. Then I picked them up after they were drycleaned but I didn't check them because I never check dry cleaning when picked up. When my son put them on for church service we noticed spots all over the right leg. They looked like they had tried to clean them but to no avail. It looked like more like coffee stains all over which was unbelievable because we don't drink coffee. When I approached the old lady she said that I was a bad person because these spots were there to begin with. I kindly asked her to remember the dirt line that was there when i showed it to her. Instead she started yelling and not even trying to see the situation and help. Then she started using profane language. I left so disappointed and will never use them again for sure. Watch out don't use them! They also change their prices as they want. They are not honest business owners. They are running an unethical dishonorable business! read more

We tried to give them our business to support them because they are located to the nearest shopping center, but that was a mistake. We gave them a dress shirt & after going back & forth THREE times, they WERE NOT able to remove the stain. we gave them a trouser same thing. They WERE NOTable to remove the stain.
