To sum it up, I am 91, going on 92, and still living in my own home because of the invaluable services of Michael Hoff. He built a concrete block retaining wall at the back of my property to hold the hillside up. This included tree and root removal, excavating the earth, installing steel Re Bar, pour a large concrete footing, and install CMU block retaining wall with grouting. He upgraded my electrical system, including installing a new panel, adding new circuits, and several new AC outlets. He replaced broken underground and sewer drain lines under the front yard, and added an earthquake shut-off valve. He replaced the underground water service line with copper from the house to the meter at the curb. Before Mike, I had met with 3 other contractors to compare services and quotes but what sealed the deal for me was the 3D render service Mike offered. Mike was able to get the renderings to me very quickly and made adjustments whenever we wanted to change something.
