On top of that, the entire process of this call was extremely lengthy and to complete it and hang up, it required a lot of personal information, including a credit card so they could process payment after the tech did visit to assess! I called in specifically to address rodents in and around my home, something this company was founded upon, but what I was being sold were general pest control services on a recurring basis, and that was necessary to get someone out to my house to actually see what was happening firsthand. This type of sales tactic is doing a disservice to the consumer, the company, and the very technicians hired to service the clients and should be remedied ASAP. Now that Lee-has retired and the family has taken over the business. The service is OK, I really like Manny and he moved on so I'm back to another tech, who spends more time in his truck than getting the service I deserve, but if your unsatisfied you can have a call back so yesterday that's exactly what I did! My house was covered in box elders. I know the season is starting early, but I've never seen it this bad especially after I removed my problem tree. When the new tech showed up for the re-spray, Zach was super nice and great personality and he asked what issues I was having and I said, please provide a deep spray to my house so that's what he did! I asked the other tech for that same service since it was the beginning of the season, but that certainly didn't occur. While Zach was here, he knocked down two wasp nests getting ready to hatch. Thank you Zach!! Now that's what should have happened during the first visit. Immediately, I sent a text to the owner and told them how satisfied I was with my service.
