He did not fill the tub to locate the source of the leak, and he removed the front and rear panels while completely ignoring the panel on the side where the leak actually occurs. Furthermore, he replaced a valve and O-rings for $18.99 without explaining the repair or seeking my approval first. He then reassembled everything and left without testing if the issue was resolved.To make matters worse, my total bill was $269.37, which included a $149 trip fee that was never disclosed to me upfront before the appointment. After he left, I attempted to fill the hot tub, and it is still leaking in the exact same manner. I paid a premium price for a random, unauthorized repair that did not fix my actual problem.
