I don't mind paying higher amount but then I do expect quality of work and good customer service . Considering the quality of "service" and the sheer rudeness I experienced, I am certain they are ripping people off. They claimed they tested everything before leaving, but just 20 minutes later, water started leaking from the supply line. The next day, they returned to "fix" the leak with some blue glue. I have attached pictures. I wanted to wait a few hours to ensure the leak was truly resolved this time, but the owner, "Mikey," spoke to me incredibly disrespectfully, saying, "if I am done with my crap he needs the money." Literally this is what was said to me. This experience clearly highlights how money-oriented and completely lacking in customer service these people are. The way they talk to and treat customers is absolutely unacceptable. They have lost my business permanently. My rating with this experience is 1 star. I just gave additional star because on receiving payment they sent me message that they will follow up next week to see if issue is resolved. But talking disrespectfully to your customers is a complete no no for me.

Juan understands the bigger picture of what it takes to make a backyard install work well long term. He paid attention to the full system including trenching, irrigation layout, gas line installation for the fire pit, plant placement, lighting, and more, making sure everything worked together piece by piece. What stood out most, and why we ultimately chose him, was how genuine he was about caring for our yard plans after talking with several other contractors around the valley and East Bay. I work as a creative lead and tend to be very particular about design and visual decisions, so I was honestly surprised how little feedback I had during the process. Juan's instincts and design sense were strong enough that I ended up trusting him to run with many of the decisions. Juan is extremely hands-on and proactive, and you can tell he takes real pride in his work. Given the cost for me to get a trailer myself, pay the entrance and disposal fee at the dump myself and the time and fuel to drive down there and back I felt that Rios Pro gave me a fair quote - so I scheduled the pickup. He came in the time frame provided and got everything loaded up promptly. I had some other trash behind the stuff pictured here and hadn't even thought about it but he picked it up all too and hauled it away efficiently.

This week we called Crystal again for another washing machine service, This machine is over 20 years old now, and my wife and I wanted to verify if it was time to replace it versus repair it. Crystal and her husband verified the issue we experienced was from something very minor and explained it. Morever, they showed me where to look in the odd event the issue returns months down the road so we could take care of it and save a service call. Much appreciated!
