He has a strong technical knowledge of water heaters, including furnaces and air conditioning. He told me all the rebates available. He knows all the new laws and when they take effect for gas & electric water heaters. He even knew the permit requirements specific to my Rio Vista. He told me all my options, including their advantages & disadvantages. He did not pressure me. He made sure I knew all my options. Then he sat back and gave me time to decide. Once I decided, Mark sent out a Jose & Aaron to install my Bradford White water heater. Jose is a craftsman who takes pride in his job. He pays attention to the finer details. He wants the finished job to look professional. I watched him work. He did an outstanding job. He and his assistant, Aaron, work efficiently. Aaron anticipates what tools Jose needs and hands him the tool before he even asks. Like Mark, Jose is very personable. He explained to me how to relight the gas pilot light if it ever went out. Let's just say that no wipe is flushable. We just had to convince our 2 year old granddaughter of that! Jamal had to do quite a bit of work to fix a broken pipe (sawing through my first floor ceiling to get there). But he nailed it---And I think they charged a fair price for the repair! I went out for lunch at noon 4/25/26 and came back to a mess with a toilet overflowing spilling onto the floor + my shower & bathtub coming up with brown water. The other toilet wasn't working as well since I arrived 4/23, I had gotten quotes and was debating on calling a plumber, but having no toilets and not wanting to poop myself i decided to call a plumber in an emergency. I called Precision plumbing as my aunt had good experiences with them. They picked up immediately. Leo got me his technician Larry to come on a Saturday to fix my overflowing drain & Toilet seal. With both toilets down I called him around 230pm, his tech came in around an hour later and was able to resolve everything for a great price and everything was very cleanly done by Larry in a few hours. I had been quoted on yelp $600 to 700 4/23 to change the toilet valve, and I had assumed snaking the drain/ repairing the other toilet would be 1200 to 1500, + the overflow had popped the toilet wax seal, and precision plumbing got all those things done for under 1000$.
