I just ordered two bottles online to have delivered to a friend on Siesta Key in Whispering Sands ( as a birthday gift). She just sent me a picture of what was delivered. They substituted another bottle that was $3 cheaper than the chardonnay I had ordered. I tried to send an email back via the order confirmation message. I hope they offer a credit for the difference. The wine they substituted was not one I would have chosen. It's hard to deal with from a distance. I appreciate the fact that they deliver but I wish I had been given a choice about the replacement. Update: my friend let me know that they provided a 3rd bottle to make up for the error. So it's all good & I appreciate their response. read more

walked into the store, smiled waved got a dirty look. called my parents to see what they wanted, dude comes up to me questioning what are we doing why are we on our phones getting in our faces. then proceeds to go off on us for using our phones as i'm calling my mom to see what she wants for her birthday. so we walk out after he laughs in our faces saying i'm gonna need to see all your id's. so we walked out and left as we left he said something under his breath and flipped us off. people don't know how to act when they see a brown person it's sad. read more

Limited selection, with high prices. Didn't have any large single beers most places have. Cashier made it a point to let us know they are closing, guess he was ready to leave. They weren't closing for a half hr. So we left to find a better liquor store with more options. This place seems to just exist out of convenience of location. read more

This place is a one star due to the service. All you have to do is say no all we have is on the shelf but instead the attendant was incredibly rude and mocking. They did have two nice bottles of whiskey at reasonable prices but there is no way I'd buy from this place no matter the price. read more

The Siesta Spirits delivery website worked great and seamlessly accepted my order (and payment). However, after 25 minutes with no shipment notification, I called Siesta Spirits to confirm that the order was accepted, considering the current COVID climate. Sean answered the phone and was very rude. One example was when I offered to provide my order confirmation number to help him track the order since he apparently saw no order from me. He immediately shut down the idea and said it "doesn't help him at all". He then said that he needed to make a call and would call me back. He called back a few minutes later saying they never accepted my order because it was outside of my delivery range (despite them charging my AMEX), which if I had never called to confirm, I'd have no idea. The only notification I received from the Siesta Spritis site was to thank me for my order and I will be notified when it's on its way. I COMPLETELY understand that things happen and orders can't be made, but I wish that Sean hadn't been so rude. read more

The person answering the phone is quite possibly the most rude and miserable person I have ever spoken too. I would rather travel 100 miles than ever give this place business again. He was extremely condescending and mocking any questions I had. I would highly recommend management having a more pleasant person to greet and speak to paying customers. Cannot say enough terrible things but wouldn't advise my worst enemy to go to this place. If you want your day to be ruined give this place a call. read more

So appreciate this store. Ordered online and called to confirm having my wine gift locally delivered. Wanted to send wine gift to my Soccer Mom friends who are chaperoning our team of girls at a local hotel. The gentleman on the phone (Tony) could not have been more nicer, attentive and patient with my "Soccer Mom Self" (if you're a team Mom, you get what Im saying...we can be a little bossy, a little :)) also I was calling from California so I really needed his help. Even with a delivery glitch that was NOT Siesta's fault, they contacted me immediately and the issue was remedied soon after. I wish them well this holiday season and a very prosperous new year. The only reason I'm leaving 4-star is because the store was a little messy when I stopped in. They must have been stocking the shelves but I felt like I had to work around boxes in the aisles and was nervous I would knock over a self if I took a wrong step. Terrible customer service. My sister in law and I came in right at 9pm. We weren't aware it was closing time as the "open" sign was still on the door. We knew exactly what we were looking for, so we went straight in there. The man working said, "oh. There's girls in here." I wasn't sure how to respond to this and we wanted another 6 pack of the beer, so we asked if there were anymore (again, still not knowing he was closing). He said rudely, "we're closed. And idk if we have anymore - I'd have to go through a BIG pile of beer in the back." So, we went to put the beer back since he was closing. He said he'd check for us anyway, so we went up to the front to pay for it. A group of 3 girls came in to which he said, "we are CLOSED. The lights are dim." Insinuating how could they not see that. Again, the sign on the door said OPEN. One girl said "that's okay - we'll go to the gas station." Man working said "yeah - go to the gas station!" Before we left he said, "I was told I was just coming in really quick to close. I didn't know I'd be busy." So many other ways he could have handled this. We vacation here often. It feels strange to write a review for a liquor store but Siesta Spirits earned it. My husband and I are here vacationing from Wisconsin and after we biked two miles to the liquor store for Korbel Brandy and realized we forgot our debit card (did have our i.d. with us thank goodness) Dink , the owner, offered for us to just take the liquor with us and call later with the card information. cheap prices-- maybe not cheapest in area but compared to my hometown, they're cheap. they deliver, too--so when you're too toasted to go get more beer, wine, or liquor, they'll bring it to you. good selection of common brands, but lacking in upscale liquor like small batch whiskeys and bourbons. read more

Good prices and they offer delivery within a reasonable radius for only a flat $5 fee. I would do business with them again.
